Contract for the Sale of Tea

Article 10: Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep the terms and conditions of this Contract confidential and not disclose them to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.
Article 11: Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fls, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in [arbitration institution] in accordance with its rules and regulations. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon both parties.
