Unit3 I’m more outgoing than my sister.(writing)说课稿新民中学王颖一、教材分析我所讲的这节课是新目标八年级英语上册第三单元写作训练部分。

本单元围绕表述个人特征,对人物进行比较这个题材开展多种教学活动,主要语言结构是形容词比较级的用法。

形容词的比较级是学科说明中明确规定的必须掌握的知识,因此本单元的语法占有非常重要的地位。

谈论个性特征学会使用形容词的比较级比较人的个性特征是本单元的重点,利用形容词的比较级来对比自己和一个好朋友是本节课的难点。

二、教学目标(一)知识目标:1.回顾单词:taller, larger, thinner, more outgoing, heavier ,quieter, funnier, smarter…2.掌握描述人外貌、性格特点等的句子。

(二)能力目标:提高学生的英语表达能力和写作水平。

(三)情感目标:通过形象、生动的教学使学生掌握如何去比较两个人,并从中学会尊重对方欣赏别人中,享受与不同的人交往的乐趣。

三、教学方法1.本堂课教学对象是八年级学生。

这一阶段的学生思维能力发展较快,自我意识增强,在情感方面他们能进行自我教育。

经过一年的新课程理念的熏陶及实践,学生已有了初步的自主、合作、探究和实践的能力。

所以我以英语新课标为理论,根据现阶段英语教学的基本学情为依据,结合八年级学生的心理特点和形容词比较级及比较级句型的交叉对比进行词汇教学,从而达到了词不离句,形散而神不散的效果。

这种直观的方式呈现出来的重点词汇可以让学生先入为主形成英语思维。

2.根据所给的大量比较级例句,让学生归纳总结如何进行与朋友的对比描写,因势利导,有利于开启学生英语思维,体现以学生为中心的教学特点。

3.让学生快速写出自己的文章的初稿,及时巩固。

四、教学过程1.学生回顾本单元课本中出现过的关于与他人进行对比的句子,以及描写友情的句子。

通过总结回顾,加强学生对形容词比较级基本句型的掌握。
