文件制修订记录★ QYJ-440韩切机标准操作规程目的：中药材切药机标准操作规程范围：切药机房责任人：车间操作人员内容：1.岗位人员按本岗位更衣程序进入本岗位。

2.检查本岗位的清场合格证和有效生产指令，若有效期超过，则按标准清洁操作规程清场。

3.根据岗位生产指令，检查所需药材的品名，规格、数量以及药材烘制是否符合工艺要求和卫生检查单。

4.开机前检查各润滑部位是否加足润滑油，空载试车时，如不正常要马上停机检查，直至正常运行。

5.通过调整刀片，使刀片与刀门和刀床下沿保持最小间隙，方能正常切料。

6.对要切制的物料、必须认真挑选检查，清除其中杂物及金属物，防止进入切刀区造成机械事故。

7.调节变频器参数、使刀盘转速达到所切物料要求8.该机气动送料机构可根据切制药材的硬度通过调节表来调节压力大小，硬、韧的压力大一些，松、脆的压力小一些。

同时利用气动联合器的工作原理在加料时，刀盘停止转动，做到安全操作。
