乘地铁仅仅需要四十分钟。

by underground “乘地铁”,介词by+交通工具,表示“乘……”,交通工具前不加任何修饰语。

乘公交车/小汽车/骑自行车/船/飞机Beijing.?并不是真正的疑问句,而是提出建议的一种表示方式,也可用Why don’t you....?
