效价达1:256,IgM克隆号Th-28,IgG克隆号MS-26,该产品已通过微米的过滤膜过滤,并在胰蛋白酶大豆琼脂中培养3至6天和在沙氏葡萄糖琼脂中培养5至7天后通过一个生物负荷测试<1个细菌群落每毫升(CFU/ml)HIV、HCV、HBsAg、EBV、MAP病毒检测阴性,有效期3年。

本品仅用于皮下给药。

如需静脉输注时,请使用静脉制剂。

乌司奴单抗注射液【商品名称】喜达诺®。

【英文名称】Ustekinumab Injection。

【汉语拼音】Wusinu Dankang Zhusheye。

【成份】主要成份:乌司奴单抗,辅料:蔗糖、L-组氨酸、L-组氨酸盐酸盐一水合物、聚山梨酯80、注射用水。

【性状】应为无色至淡黄色液体。

【适应症】斑块状银屑病:本品适用于对环孢素、甲氨喋呤(MTX)等其他系统性治疗或PUVA (补骨脂素和紫外线A)不应答、有禁忌或无法耐受的成年中重度斑块状银屑病患者。

克罗恩病:本品适用于对传统治疗或肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)拮抗剂应答不足、失应答或无法耐受的成年中重度活动性克罗恩病患者。

【规格】45mg/0.5ml/支;90mg/1.0ml/支。

【用法用量】本品仅用于皮下给药。

如需静脉输注时,请使用静脉制剂。

本品应在医生的指导及监督下使用,医生应具备本品适应症的诊断及治疗经验。

斑块状银屑病:本品推荐剂量为首次45 mg皮下注射,4周后及之后每12周给予一次相同剂量。

治疗28周仍未应答的患者应考虑停止用药。

克罗恩病:本品推荐剂量为首次根据体重确定的单次静脉输注(IV)分层剂量(表1),8周后90mg皮下注射,此后建议每12周皮下注射90mg。

表1本品首次静脉内给药推荐剂量a:约为6 mg/kg。

首次皮下注射8周后应答不足的患者可在此时接受第二剂皮下注射。

如果患者在每12周给药1次期间失去应答,可将给药频率增加至每8周1次,这可能对患者有益。

之后患者可以每8周或每12周给药1次,具体由临床状况决定。

第16周时或在调整至每8周给药1次后16周,如果患者仍然没有治疗获益的证据,应考虑停止治疗。

本品治疗期间可继续使用免疫调节剂和/或糖皮质激素。

对本品有应答的患者可依据标准治疗减量或停止糖皮质激素治疗。

如果治疗中断,重新开始治疗时采用每8周1次皮下注射方案是安全有效的。
