实施声带息肉摘除术临床护理路径的应用分析

【摘要】Objective To study the method and effect of nursing care for patients with vocal cord polyp removal.Methods Selected 261 cases from January 2010 to September 2010 in our hospital and 249 cases from October 2010 to August 2011 were studied and analyzed, the control group had 261 cases, while the observation group had 249 cases, compared with the hospitalization time, cost, satisfaction, care, et al of two groups.Results The observation group average length of hospital stay was (4.00±1.00) d shorter than the control group (5.50±2.00)d, hospitalization expenses (3 200.00±289.30) yuan was lower than the control group (4 000.00±256.80) yuan, the satisfaction of patients (96.00±2.50) points were higher than the control group (93.00±1.96) points,P<0.01, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway can reduce the hospitalization time and cost of patients with vocal cord polyp surgery, the satisfaction is relatively high, the incidence of nursing accidents is lower, so&nbsp;the overall level of the hospital is improved.%
目的：分析声带息肉摘除手术患者接受护理的方法和效果。

方法选取我院2010年1月～2010年9月的261例病例和2010年10月～2011年8月的249例病例
来进行分析，对照组261例，观察组249例，对两组的住院时间、费用、满意度、
护理情况等进行对比分析。

结果实施临床护理路径的观察组平均住院天数
（4.00±1.00）d短于对照组（5.50±2.00）d，住院费用（3200.00±289.30）元，少于对照组（4000.00±256.80）元，患者满意度（96.00±2.50）分高于对照组（93.00±1.96）分，P＜0.01，差异具有统计学意义。

结论声带息肉手术患者临床中通过合理护理路径能够减少其住院时间和费用，临床护理满意度比较高，护理事故的发生率也较低，医院的整体水平有所提升。
