二、学生分析我所带的班级是生源相对较好的一所中学的次快班,英语成绩排名中上,学生听指挥、踏实、勤奋、灵活、好学是这个班的特点。
因为我是班主任,我依据学生的性格、能力、男女搭配等将学生分成相对稳定的8个学习小组,经过长期训练,各小组长能比较娴熟地管理小组成员,小组成员之间互帮互助。
其中包括课前预习、背诵检查、按老师要求组织小组进行活动、每周各小组轮流主持上一节自主课。
