取消不能、譲渡可能、分割可能で、そして、積替え可能の、電 報為替条件付き、或いは、書類が開設銀行に到着次第支払う一 覧払いの信用状を開設するものとし、その有効期限は船積後15 日間延期された後、中国において満期となる。信用状に記載さ れた船積貨物の数量と金額は、売方において任意に5%の増減を することを認める。信用状の受益者は、付属書に明記されてい る通りとする。
