该文以青岛农业大学风景园林学科应用创新型人才的培养实践,立足国家与区域经济发展对风景园林相关领域高质量创新型人才的培养需要,结合2015—2019年风景园林学研究生在实际培养过程中存在的德育认知不足、培养模式单一、教学方法、教学形式陈旧和培养质量不突出等问题。
从研究生培养规律出发,经过2020—2022年的实践探索,建立了“以立德树人为先导、专业基础为核心、创新培养为根本、全生命周期导师队伍锻造为支撑”的“四位一体”风景园林学应用创新型人才培养模式,重构研究生培养方案,形成“一核、两翼、三阶段”协同一体化组合式风景园林研究生人才培养体系,推崇“厚基、尊重、质疑、研究”的循环思维训练,全面提升研究生德育水平和应用创新能力。

Moreover, with the development of globalization, innovative talents can enforce the implementation of national innovation-driven strategy, and improve the requirement of national competitiveness. In this study,based on the training needs of high-quality innovative talents of Landscape Architecture (LA) in the national and regional economy, we examine the training practice of innovative talents in the discipline of Landscape Architecture at Qingdao Agricultural University. We want to investigate the existing problems of the cultivation of master students of LA from 2015 to 2019. These problems include lack of moral education cognition, single training mode, and older training models and teaching methods, resulting in poor cultivating quality. After practice and exploration form 2020 to 2022, we established an innovation talent cultivation training mode, which we called the "four-in-one" model. This model is composed of guided by virtue and cultivating people, centered on professional basis, fundamental in innovation training and supported by the forging of mentors in the whole life cycle. In addition, we also reconstructed the training program of postgraduate and formed a combined talent training system of "one core, two wings and three stages". It has advocated the circular thinking training of "foundation, respect, questioning and research", and comprehensively improving the moral education level and innovation ability of graduate students.
