李成明,1962年9月出生,新材料技术研究院教授,博士生导师。
荣获北京科技大学“研究生优秀教学奖”荣誉称号。
1983年在北京钢铁学院(现北京科技大学)金属学及热处
理专业获学士学位,1995年在北京科技大学材料学专业获
硕士学位,1999年在北京科技大学材料学专业获博士学位。
主要从事以金刚石为主导的碳基材料与功能薄膜应用与开
发研究。
目前兼任单晶金刚石及其电子器件泛太平洋研发与
产业联盟理事、中国热处理学会理事。

Li Chengming , the professor of Institute for Advanced Materials and Technology, received his B.E. and in metallography and heat treatment from Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel Technology (Now named University of Science and
Technology Beijing) in 1983, and his M.E. and Ph.D. in
materials science from University of Science and Technology
Beijing in 1995 and 1999. His recent research interest is
application and development of carbon-based materials and
functional films. He is the director of Single Crystal Diamond
and Electronics Pan Pacific R&D and Industry International
Alliance.
