教学目标
1、能听懂、会说并认读单词invitation, refuse, reply, sad, take a trip, preperation,
without, surprised,accept, look forward to、。

2、能听懂、会说并认读句型: Can yo u come to my party? Sure, I’d love to. Sorry, I’d
love to, but I have to…并能熟练运用句型来发出,接受或拒绝邀请。

教学过程
Step 1 Warm-up
Ask students to listen to beautiful music and guess students their favorite bands and divide them into two groups.
(设计意图:用学生最喜欢的青春偶像做导入,激发学生的好奇心和兴趣,同时根据他们所喜欢的偶像进行分组,激发学生的竞争意识。


Step 2 Leading-in
Tell students that both TFboys and EXO are coming to Zibo to hold a concert. They want to invite some middle schoolstudents in Zibo. Let’s study how to make, accept or refuse their invitaions
(设计意图:通过这条震撼性的新闻,引发学生的兴趣,同时提出了本节课的学习任务,既为文本的阅读做了铺垫,又引导出了本堂课的任务。


Step 3 Check new words and phrases
Ask students to write new words by themselves. Then,check in pairs and check by the teacher.
(设计意图:通过课前自学,让学生对本节课的知识点有个初步认识和记忆,通过预习检测让学生检测自己的自学效果,并且准确核对记忆本节课的单词等知识点。

通过同桌一对一互助互查,找出问题,解决问题,记忆知识。


Step 4 Reading
1.read the anticle and finish 2b. Read the messages quickly. Why did the people write
them? Match the reason with each message.
2. read the anticle and finish 2c. Read the messages again and answer the questions.
3. read the anticle and finish 2d. Complete the invitation with words and phrases from the message on page 69.
3. After these, show them the answers on the big screen and ask students to give the answers.
(设计意图:通过指导学生快速阅读,快速完成练习来指导学生提高阅读水平,提升阅读应试能力。


Step 5 Presentation
Ask students to find important phrases by themselves. Then,check by the teacher and explain some important points. After that, ask students to make sentences by using these points.
(设计意图:通过快速查找本节课的知识点,让学生对本节课的知识点有个初步认识和记忆,再通过老师的讲解,学生准确核对记忆本节课的单词等知识点。

通过开火车快速反应,加深对本节课的知识的记忆。


Step 6 Reading and find out how to make, accept and refuse an invitation.
1. Read the third paragraph, and ask students to find how to make an invitation like
Can you come to my party? “Are you free/available next Friday night?”
We are going to invi te some friends for a dinner party. Would you like to join us?”
2. Read the first paragraph, and ask students to find how to accept an invitation like
“I’d love to, than k you.”“That’s very kind of you, thanks.”
“It sounds great, thank you.” “What a good idea, thank you.”
3. Read the second paragraph, and ask students to find how to refuse an invitation like “I’d love to, but I have to help my mother.”
(设计意图:通过让学生快速查找本节课的语言点,让学生理解掌握本节课的知识点,并会懂得如何礼貌的运用语言,在提高阅读能力的同时,掌握运用语言的能力。

)Step 7 Writing, accepting or refusing an invitation.
Tell students that both TFboys and EXO are coming to Zibo to hold a concert.
1. Ask some students to make an invitation for EXO and Tfboys.
2. If someone can go to the concert, they can ask for a red paper and accept the invitaion.
3. If someone can’t go to the concert, they can ask for a white paper and refuse the invitaion.
4. Show their invitations to all the class.
(设计意图:设计场景,让学生展示自我,让学生代表EXO和TFBOYS向同学们
发出邀请,接受他们的邀请或者拒绝他们的邀请。


Step 8 Summary
Summarize the important points, how to make, accept and refuse and invitaion
(设计意图:总结本节课所学,在学生的大脑中形成知识体系,为升华做准备。

)Step 9 Sublimation
Show students the proverb Politeness costs nothing but wins and ask them to be polite in their lives.
(设计意图:升华本节课所学,让学生受到情感教育,懂得要做一个有礼貌的中学生。


Step 10 Totalize group points and hand out prizes.
Totalize group points and hand out some beautiful photos of their idols.
(设计意图:给小组算总分,并给小组发奖,培养学生的竞争意识,激发学习英语的兴趣。


Step 11 Homework
1. Make an invitation to invite your friends to your party.
2. Then, change your invitations, accept or refuse them
(设计意图:布置本节课作业,为本节课的课后巩固和下节课的预习做准备。
