I remember the first time I went to a training class alone. It was a daunting experience as I didn't know anyone and I was worried about feeling out of place.
我记得第一次独自去上培训班的经历。

当时，我感到非常担忧，因为我不认识任何人，担心自己会感到格格不入。

As I entered the classroom, I tried to put on a confident front, but inside, I was feeling quite anxious. I found a seat by myself and nervously awaited the start of the class.

我一个人找到了位置，紧张地等待着课程的开始。

The first few minutes of the class felt like an eternity as I sat there silently, trying to avoid eye contact with the other participants. I felt like an outsider in a sea of unfamiliar faces.

It wasn't until the break that I mustered up the courage to strike up a conversation with the person sitting next to me. To my surprise, they were friendly and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease.

From that moment on, my experience at the training class took a turn for the better. I started to make connections with other participants and soon, I wasn't feeling so alone anymore.

While it was initially terrifying to go to a training class alone, I realized that it was a valuable experience for personal growth. I
learned to step out of my comfort zone and embrace new situations with confidence.

我学会了走出舒适区，以自信面对新的情境。

By the end of the training, I had not only gained valuable knowledge and skills, but I had also formed new friendships. I realized that stepping out on my own had been a blessing in disguise.
