Hello everyone! My name is Timmy and I'm 9 years old. I come from a big family that owns a cool company. Today I get to be the one to give a special toast on behalf of our company to all of you amazing people here!
First of all, I want to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you for coming. We are so excited to have you all join us for this fun party! Whether you are an employee, a customer, a partner, or just a friendly neighbor, we appreciate you taking the time out of your busy schedules to celebrate with us today.
Our company has been around for a really long time - I think about a hundred years! That's like forever in grown-up time. But you know what has kept us going strong all these years? It's awesome people like you. Without our hard-working employees, our loyal customers, our trusty partners, and our supportive community, we would just be a bunch of silly grown-ups with some good ideas but no one to share them with.
I asked my dad to tell me about the early days of our company and he said it was just a small group of dreamers with big hearts and even bigger ambitions. They wanted to create something special that would make people's lives better in a fun and unique way. And you know what? They did it! With teamwork, determination, and a whole lot of laughter along the way, that tiny dream turned into the fantastic company we have today.
But it's not just about making the best widgets or selling the most doodads (I'm still learning what all those business words mean). It's about coming together, working hard, and having each other's backs through the good times and the bad. Our company is one huge family, and all of you are a part of it!
So let's raise our glasses (or juice boxes for us kids) and give a great big toast:
To our outstanding employees - you are the heart and soul of this operation. Without your passion, creativity, and elbow grease, we would be nowhere. Thank you for always giving 100% and for making this company feel like home. Cheers to you!
To our wonderful customers - you guys rock! By believing in us and supporting our wild ideas, you motivate us to dream
bigger and bolder every single day. We wouldn't be here without your loyalty and trust. Here's to you!
To our awesome partners - you are like the cool aunts, uncles, and cousins in our family tree. Thanks for having our backs, lending a hand whenever we need it, and keeping this crazy train chugging along. You're the best and we raise our glasses to you!
And finally, to our amazing community - you've cheered us on, rallied behind us, and reminded us why we do what we do in the first place. Thank you for making our hometown a warm, welcoming place to grow and thrive. This toast is for you!
So there you have it - a toast to every single one of you spectacular people! We couldn't have gotten this far without your smiles, your encouragement, your sweat and your tears along with ours. Here's to many more years of adventures, triumphs, and making this world a little bit brighter, together!
Three cheers for all of you! Hip hip hooray! Hip hip hooray! Hip hip hooray!

Toast by the Little Kid Boss
Hi everybody! My name is Timmy and I'm the boss of the Tiny Tots Company. I'm 8 years old and in 3rd grade. Today is a very special day because we are celebrating our company's 5th birthday!
Five years ago, my friends and I started this company in my backyard. We wanted to earn money to buy lots of candy, video games, and toys. At first, it was just the five of us: me, Jimmy, Sally, Suzy, and Billy. We called ourselves the "Tiny Tots" because we were so little.
Our first business was a lemonade stand. My mom helped us make fresh lemonade and we sold cups for 25 cents each on the street corner. People really liked our lemonade because we put in extra sugar to make it super sweet and yummy!
After we saved up 20 from the lemonade stand, we decided to start a new business washing cars. Jimmy's dad let us use his bucket, sponges, and hose. We charged 3 per car and worked really hard scrubbing away the dirt and dried mud. Suzy was the best at getting tough stains out of the tire rims.
With our car washing money, we opened a dog walking service next. Lots of people in our neighborhood had dogs that needed exercise during the day. We made sure to bring lots of doggy treats to keep the pups happy on our walks around the
block. Sally had a special whistle she would blow to call them all back if they ran too far ahead.
As we got older and our businesses grew, we hired more kid employees and started more services like yard work, tutoring, and party planning. Before we knew it, the Tiny Tots Company was making tons of money! We used our profits to buy awesome stuff like gaming controllers, bikes, and tablets. We even took a trip to Disneyland one summer!
Today, the Tiny Tots Company has over 100 kid employees between the ages of 6 and 12. We have an actual office now with computers, desks, and a snack room. My job is to manage everything and make sure all the businesses are running smoothly. It's a lot of work but I love being the boss!
I want to thank all of our employees for working so hard this year. You guys are the best! I also need to thank our customers for continuing to use our services. We really appreciate your business. Finally, a huge thanks to all the parents who have supported the Tiny Tots from the beginning by helping out, driving us places, and letting us make a bit of a mess sometimes.
It's been an incredible 5 years of the Tiny Tots Company and I can't wait to see what we accomplish over the next 5 years. We're working on some top secret plans for new services like 3D
printed toys and a vending machine business. The sky is the limit for us kid entrepreneurs!
So let's raise our plastic cups of fruit punch and make a toast! To 5 more years of the Tiny Tots Company! To making lots of money! To having tons of fun! And to never forgetting to enjoy our childhoods along the way! Cheers!

Hello everyone! My name is Timmy and I am 9 years old. I was asked by the big bosses at my dad's company to give a speech at this fancy party. They said I should toast everyone here to thank you all for coming. I'm not really sure what "toasting" means, but I think it's like saying nice things about people to make them feel good.
First off, I want to thank all the grown-ups for being here tonight. I know you all work really hard at your jobs. My dad is always coming home tired after being at the office all day. He says he has to go to lots of meetings and do something called "reports" which sounds pretty boring if you ask me! But I know it's important work that helps the company.
Speaking of the company, I was told to say its name but I can't really pronounce it very well. It's something like "Awesome
Cyber Logistics Solutions" or something weird like that. Anyway, they are the ones who put on this big party for all of you tonight. They really appreciate everything you do for them.
I was instructed to list off some of the impressive accomplishments and statistics about the company this past year, but a lot of those numbers and technical terms don't make much sense to a kid like me. Something about increasing market share and optimizing blockchain supply chain integrations? I just know they sell things and apparently did a really good job of it!
What I do know is that companies are groups of people all working together as a team. Kind of like how my class at school works together to put on our annual talent show. We all have to practice our singing, dancing, acting or whatever act we're doing. Then we cooperate backstage to make sure everyone goes out for their performance at the right time. If people didn't work together, it would be a huge mess!
That's what all of you guys do here too, right? You work together as a team to help this company succeed. The bosses are like our teachers, telling everyone what to do and organizing everything. The managers are like the student directors and stage crew, making sure everyone follows the plan. And the rest
of the workers are like the performers, doing all the actual work to make the show a hit!
I think that's really cool how you grown-ups can all cooperate on such a big level. My dad says there are thousands of people working for his company all around the world. That's like having kids from thousands of different schools all putting on one gigantic talent show! I can't even imagine how hard it must be to get that many people working together without everything falling apart. So you should all feel really proud of yourselves.
The other really neat thing about companies is that they make awesome products that people need and want. Like the toys, games, books and other fun stuff that I use. Those all came from different companies. My dad's company helps make those things get from the factories to the stores so kids like me can buy them. How cool is that?
Without companies, we wouldn't have video games, bikes, sporting goods or any of the other amazing toys and things that make being a kid so fun. And grown-ups wouldn't have all the useful products they need either, like cars, computers, furniture and everything else. Companies are the reason we can get all the
stuff we need to live great lives. So you should feel really good about being part of something so important.
Okay, I was supposed to wrap this up a few minutes ago but I got carried away because I think companies are just so fascinating. I guess that's why the grown-ups put me up here - because kids naturally find this stuff interesting! Although a lot of the actual work you all do still sounds a little boring to me. No offense!
Anyway, I was told to finish by saying some kind of toast. I looked up what that means and I'm supposed to finish by saying "To the company!" and having you all repeat it while raising your glasses. Then you drink whatever is in those glasses. I'm not sure why you do that, but hey, you grown-ups are weird so I won't question it!
So one more time, let me say... To the company! Awesome Cyber Logistics Solutions or whatever it's called! Thank you all for your hard work in making amazing products for me and everyone else to enjoy. You guys are all rockstars in my book. Okay, now repeat after me..."To the company!" and drink up! Thanks for having me, this was fun!

My Name is Tommy and I Work for Mega Awesome Company!
Today is a really really special day! My boss Mr. Jenkins asked me to give a big speech and toast to everyone here. I'm so excited and nervous at the same time! There are so many important people in the room.
First, I want to say hello to all the amazing employees from Mega Awesome Company. You guys are the best workers ever! Every day you come to the office or the factory or the store and you work so hard. Thank you for making our company so great!
Next, I want to say hi to all the partners and suppliers who help our business. Without you, we couldn't make all the cool products we sell. You give us the parts and materials we need. Thank you partners and suppliers!
There are also some very important customers here today. Customers are the whole reason we have a business in the first place! We make things that you want to buy. Thanks for choosing Mega Awesome Company when you go shopping. We really appreciate it!
And of course, I have to say a big hello to all the investors who believe in our company. You guys gave us money to help
get Mega Awesome Company started and to grow it into the massive success it is today. We wouldn't be here without your support. Thank you investors!
Phew, I think I covered all the important groups! As you can see, it takes a lot of different people working together to make a business like ours so successful. That's what today is all about - celebrating this incredible team effort!
Now I want to tell you a little bit about our company's history. Mega Awesome Company was started 25 years ago by two friends who had a dream. Jim and Bob wanted to create the most amazingly awesome products that would make people's lives better. They started out just making things in Bob's garage! Can you imagine that?
Slowly but surely, more people started buying Jim and Bob's products because they were so well-made and useful. As the company grew bigger and bigger, we moved to a real office and factory. We hired more employees and found more suppliers to keep up with demand. Investors gave us money to expand even further.
25 years later, look how far we've come! Mega Awesome Company now has over 10,000 employees in 20 different countries. Our products are sold in almost every corner of the
world. We've won dozens of awards for our innovation and success in business. Jim and Bob's little garage operation has turned into a massive global corporation!
But you know what? We wouldn't be anywhere without all of you. The employees who pour their blood, sweat and tears into their work every single day. The suppliers who provide the highest quality materials. The customers who choose us over the competition. The investors who took a chance on two kids with a dream. You are the heart and soul of Mega Awesome Company.
So let's raise our glasses to each other! To the employees - you are the engine that keeps us running! To the suppliers - you give us the fuel we need! To the customers - you are the road that guides our journey! And to the investors - you helped us get this big machine started!
Here's to another 25 years and beyond of teamwork, dedication, and Making Awesome Things! A toast to all of you! Thank you and Happy Mega Awesome Day everyone!

Hi everyone! My name is Timmy and I'm 10 years old. I was asked by the big boss at my dad's company to give a special
toast today. That means I get to make a speech and we'll all drink together at the end! Isn't that so cool?
My dad works really hard at this company. He leaves the house super early and gets home pretty late most nights. But he says it's because the company is like one big family, and families have to work together.
There are a lot of you here today from the company family. I see people I recognize like Mr. Johnson who runs the office, and Ms. Martinez from accounting. Hi guys! And there are a bunch of other people I don't know yet. You all must be really important if you got invited to this fancy party.
Speaking of the party, how amazing is all this food? The little weenie things in the barbecue sauce are my favorite. And those tiny sandwiches? I want like twenty of them! I asked my dad if we could have a party like this at our house and he said no way, because I'd just make a huge mess. Maybe when I'm older.
Anyway, I'm supposed to make a toast. That means I talk for a little bit and then we all drink our drinks together. My dad gave me some notes to read from, but I think I'll just speak from the heart.
This company has been around for a real long time - like 75 years! Can you believe that? It was started by some old guy way before I was born. Or before my dad or even my grandparents were born! That's ancient history.
From what I've learned, when the company first started it was just a few people working out of a tiny little office. Just making tiny little products that didn't do very much. But those first founders never gave up. They worked really hard and made more and better products each year.
Eventually, more people joined up and the company got bigger. New offices opened up in other places. The products got fancier and could do more tricks. People all over started buying the company's stuff.
These days, we've got like a bazillion employees! Offices in loads of countries around the world. And our products are seriously next level. You should see some of the crazy things we can make our products do now! It's insane.
None of that would have happened without everyone working as a team though. The founders, the managers, the workers on the assembly lines, the designers, the money people, the IT folks, the contractors - everyone played a part over all those decades.
So that's what we're celebrating today - 75 years of our company family pulling together, believing in each other, and doing incredible things side-by-side. We've come so far already, who knows where we'll go over the next 75 years? Probably to Mars or something!
Before I wrap this up, I want to give a special shout-out to my dad. He works harder than anyone, putting in late nights and weekend hours. All to help make this company the best it can be. Thanks for setting such a great example, dad. I want to be just like you when I grow up.
Okay, I've talked for long enough. Who's thirsty? Someone pour me some apple juice! Just kidding, just kidding. Let's all raise our glasses to 75 more years of success, innovation, and family. To the company!。
