How to Stop Worrying So Much and Feeling Anxious All the Time
Hi friends! Today I want to talk about something that a lot of kids struggle with - worrying too much and feeling anxious. You know that feeling when your tummy gets all twisted up and you can't stop thinking about things that might go wrong? Yeah, that's anxiety and it's no fun at all.
I used to deal with anxious thoughts all the time. I'd lie awake at night worrying about an upcoming test or presentation at school. Or I'd get super nervous before a sports game and imagine myself messing up in front of everyone. Sometimes I'd just feel this general sense of dread for no reason at all! It was exhausting.
But you know what? I've learned some really helpful tricks for calming myself down and getting those anxious thoughts under control. Want to hear them? Okay, here goes!
Take Deep Breaths
This one seems so simple, but it really works! When you start to feel anxious, stop what you're doing and take some nice, slow, deep breaths. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Keep doing this for a few minutes and I bet you'll start to feel calmer. Deep breathing is like giving your brain a rest and a reset.
Use Positive Self-Talk
Our thoughts are really powerful, did you know that? If we tell ourselves negative things like "I'm going to fail that test" or "I'm so stupid", we'll start believing it and feeling worse. But if we replace those thoughts with positive ones, we can boost our confidence. Next time you're feeling anxious, tell yourself "I've got this!" or "I am smart and capable." Doesn't that make you feel a little better already?
Get Moving
Whenever I'm feeling anxious or worried, I make sure to get some exercise and physical activity. Even just a short walk around the block can help a lot. Exercise gets those feel-good endorphins going in your brain and body. It's a great way to get
your mind off your worries for a little while too. Put on some music and dance around your room if you can't go outside!
Talk It Out
If you're struggling with anxiety, don't keep it all bottled up inside. Talking to someone you trust like a parent, teacher, counselor or friend can make a huge difference. Sometimes just saying your worried thoughts out loud can make them feel less scary. The person you talk to might even have some great advice to share. You don't have to deal with anxiety alone.
Do Something Fun
When I'm feeling anxious, I make a point of scheduling in something fun and distracting. Maybe it's reading my favorite book, playing a video game, or doing arts and crafts. Having something enjoyable to look forward to gets my mind off the anxious thoughts. It's hard to worry when you're totally absorbed in a fun activity you love.
Get Enough Sleep
Did you know that not getting enough sleep can make you feel more anxious during the day? It's so important to get 8-10 hours each night. When I've had a good night's rest, I feel so much calmer and better able to handle any stressful situations
that come my way. Develop a calming bedtime routine to help you wind down in the evenings.
Those are some of the top tips that have helped me a lot with anxiety. Whenever I'm feeling worried or panicked, I return to those strategies and они always help me chill out. Anxiety can be hard to deal with, но you don't have to let it rule your life.
I want you to remember that it's totally normal to feel anxious sometimes. Everyone goes through it, even adults! The key is having a toolbox of strategies to manage it. Don't be afraid to ask for help from parents or teachers too. Anxiety doesn't make you weird or broken - it just means you're human.
With practice, you can get so much better at catching anxious thoughts before they spin out of control. You've got this!
I believe in you. Now go out there and show anxiety who's boss!

How to Stop Being Worried and Tired All the Time
Do you ever feel really worried or stressed out about things? Like you have a knot in your stomach and can't stop thinking about stuff that's bothering you? Or do you sometimes feel just plain tired and low on energy even when you've had lots of sleep?
I used to struggle with these feelings a lot, but I've learned some great tips to help stop mental exhaustion and anxiety. Let me share them with you!
First up, let's talk about anxiety. Anxiety is that worried, nervous, scary feeling you get when you're super stressed about something. Maybe you have a big test coming up and you're anxious about failing it. Or maybe you're anxious about fitting in with your friends or dealing with problems at home. Anxiety can make you feel shaky, sweaty, and like your heart is beating really fast. It's no fun at all!
One of the best ways I've found to calm down anxiety is by taking deep breaths. It seems so simple, but it really works! When you're feeling anxious, stop for a minute and breathe in through your nose realllllly slowly. Breathe in as much air as you can until your belly puffs out. Then breathe out through your mouth even more slowly, letting all the air go. Keep doing this deep breathing for a few minutes and you'll start to feel much calmer.
Another really good trick is to talk to someone you trust about what's making you anxious. Maybe it's your mom, dad, teacher, or a friend. Just saying the worries out loud can make
them seem way less scary. And the person you talk to might have some good advice to help too!
It also helps a ton to take breaks from whatever is stressing you out. If you're worried about a test, step away from studying for a little bit and go play outside or hang out with friends. If things at home are bugging you, see if you can go to a friend's house for a few hours. Getting your mind off the anxiety for a while can make you feel refreshed.
One of my favorite ways to forget about worries is by getting active and exercising. Going for a run, playing soccer, or even just dancing around really helps me use up nervous energy in a good way. Exercise makes you feel happier too because it releases chemicals in your brain called endorphins. How cool

Title: My Tips for Feeling Calmer and Happier
Hi friends! I'm going to share some ideas that can help you feel less worried and down. Sometimes we all get stuck feeling anxious or mad at ourselves, and it's no fun at all. But there are things we can do to make those bad feelings go away!
The first thing is to notice when you're starting to feel anxious or upset with yourself. Maybe your tummy feels tight or your head feels fuzzy. Pay attention to that feeling instead of ignoring it. Once you notice it, you can start working on making it better.
One really good thing to do is take some nice, slow, deep breaths. Breathe in through your nose while counting to 4, then breathe out through your mouth while counting to 6. Keep doing that for a little while and you'll start to feel calmer. It's like hitting the reset button on your brain and body!
You can also do some stretches or go for a little walk around the room or outside. Getting your body moving helps a lot. So does getting a drink of water. Staying hydrated is super important.
Another tip is to talk to someone you trust about what's bothering you. Maybe it's a parent, teacher, friend, or a stuffed animal if you're feeling really shy! Getting those thoughts and feelings out in the open makes them feel smaller and less scary. The other person might have some good advice too.
Make sure you get enough sleep and eat healthy foods too. Our bodies and minds need good rest and fuel to work their best.
If we're tired or eating too many sweets, it's a lot harder to keep our cool.
It's also really important to be nice to yourself! Don't call yourself mean names in your head or get super mad when you make a mistake. Everyone messes up sometimes - that's how we learn! Just think about what you can do better next time. And remind yourself that you're awesome and trying your best.
Here's one of my favorite tricks: make a list of things you're grateful for or that make you happy. It can be small stuff like your favorite snack or big things like your family. Read over the list when you're feeling down and it'll boost your mood.
Or think about what advice you'd give one of your best friends if they were struggling with anxiety or being hard on themselves. You'd probably say kind, encouraging things. Well, you deserve that same kindness from yourself!
Another big help is doing things you enjoy and that calm you down, like reading, coloring, playing outside, cuddling a pet, or listening to music. Take breaks from work and chores to recharge. We all need playtime!
If the worried or negative thoughts just won't go away, though, make sure you ask an adult for extra help. They might
have good ideas, or know someone else who can guide you, like a counselor. There's no shame in needing support sometimes!
The key things are to be patient and kind with yourself, do calming activities, spend time with supportive people, and ask for help when you need it. I know it's not always easy, but feeling anxious and being too hard on ourselves just makes life a lot less fun. You've got this! Soon those tough feelings won

How to Stop Feeling Worried and Sad on the Inside
Hi friends! Today I want to talk about something that's really important - how to stop having worried and sad feelings inside your heart and mind. I know lots of kids my age feel this way sometimes, and it's no fun at all! Those yucky feelings can make you feel sick, or make it hard to sleep, or hard to concentrate on your schoolwork. You might feel like crying for no reason, or get mad at your family over little things. Trust me, I've been there!
The good news is, there are ways to make those bad feelings go away or at least get a lot better. I'm going to share some tips that have really helped me. Maybe they can help you too!
Tip #1: Talk About Your Feelings
One of the best things you can do when you're feeling worried, anxious, or sad is talk to someone you trust about it. Pick your mom, dad, teacher, older sibling, or a good friend - anyone who will listen without judging you. Just saying the thoughts and feelings out loud can make them feel less scary. The other person might be able to give you a hug or say something to make you feel better too.
Tip #2: Write in a Journal
If you don't feel like talking to someone, that's okay! You can write down your thoughts and feelings in a special notebook instead. Get one you really like the look of and keep it just for writing about what's going on inside. You can write about what's making you worried or sad, or just let all your feelings out on the page. No one else has to read it unless you want them to. Getting it out of your head and onto the paper can make a huge difference!
Tip #3: Do Some Exercise
When I'm having anxious or gloomy thoughts swirling around in my brain, one of the best things I can do is get my body moving. You could go for a walk or bike ride around your neighborhood, play outside at the park, or just run around and play active games in your backyard. Exercise helps your brain
make happy chemicals that fight off the sad ones. Even just 20 minutes of running around can brighten my mood!
Tip #4: Take Deep Breaths
Here's a easy way to calm down when you're feeling anxious or overwhelmed: take some slow, deep breaths. Breathe in through your nose while counting to 5, then breathe out through your mouth while counting to 5 again. Keep doing that for a few minutes and it can really help soothe anxious feelings. You could even ask your parents to download a free deep breathing app to guide you through it.
Tip #5: Picture Your Happy Place
Another great trick is to picture your "happy place" in your mind. This is just an imaginary place, maybe somewhere beautiful in nature or a fun made-up fantasy world, where you can go in your mind when you're feeling bad. Close your eyes and imagine every little detail - the sights, sounds, smells, etc. Picturing myself on a beach or up in the clouds always helps me forget my worries for a little while.
Tip #6: Do Something Fun
When I'm in a funk, doing something I really enjoy can cheer me up. You could read your favorite book, play a video game,
listen to music, make art, play with your pet, or whatever fun activities make you happy. Having something to look forward to helps a lot too - like maybe you get to go to the movies with your friends this weekend!
Tip #7: Get Enough Sleep
Did you know not getting enough sleep can make you feel more anxious and sad? That's why it's so important to get plenty of rest. Most kids my age need around 10 hours of sleep every night. Having a bedtime routine like taking a bath and reading stories can help you fall asleep faster. In the morning you'll feel a lot more rested and happy!
Tip #8: Eat Good Foods
Junk food might taste good, but it can actually make anxiety and bad moods worse after that sugar rush wears off. For steady energy and happy feelings, try to eat plenty of healthy foods like fruits, veggies, whole grains, beans, nuts and yogurt. Staying hydrated by drinking lots of water helps too!
Tip #9: Get Some

How to Stop Mental Self-Harm and Anxious Feelings
Hi friends! Today I want to talk about something really important - our minds and feelings. Sometimes we can get caught up in worrying too much or being mean to ourselves in our heads. This is called mental self-harm and anxious feelings. It's not good and can make us feel sad, scared, or angry. But don't worry, there are ways we can stop it!
First, let me explain what mental self-harm is. It's when you say really negative things to yourself in your mind. Like if you get a bad grade and think "I'm so stupid and terrible at this!" That's being really harsh on yourself in your head. Anxious feelings are when you worry a lot about things, even little things that probably won't happen. Like feeling anxious about a test days before it happens.
Mental self-harm and anxious feelings are forms of bullying...but you're the bully bullying yourself! That's not very nice. We should treat ourselves with kindness and compassion, just like we would a friend. If your friend got a bad grade, you wouldn't call them stupid, right? You'd probably say something like "Don't be so hard on yourself, one bad grade isn't the end of the world. I know you'll do better next time." We need to talk to ourselves that same way.
So how do we stop the mental self-bullying and anxious worry thoughts? Here are some tips that can help:
Notice when you're doing it. The first step is just becoming aware when you start spiraling into negative self-talk or worry thoughts. Whenever you catch yourself thinking something mean about yourself, stop and say "Hey, I'm doing it again!"
Talk back with kindness. Once you notice the negative thoughts, talk back to them with kindness and understanding. If you think "I'm so dumb," rephrase it as "That was a silly mistake, but it doesn't mean I'm dumb. I'm still learning." Be caring towards yourself, not cruel.
Distract yourself. If the negative thoughts keep looping in your head, distract your mind by doing something else. Read a book, play outside, call a friend - anything to redirect your mind. Don't just sit there obsessing.
Write it out. Grab a notebook or journal and write down everything you're thinking and feeling. This can help get it out of your head. Then write a response to yourself from the perspective of a caring friend.
Relax

How to Stop Feeling Worried and Tired All the Time
Hi friends! Have you ever felt super stressed out and worried about everything? Or have you ever just felt really tired even though you slept a lot? Those feelings of being anxious and mentally exhausted are no fun at all. But don't worry, I've learned some tips that can help!
First, let's talk about anxiety. Anxiety is when you feel nervous, afraid or really worried about things. Maybe you get anxiety before a big test at school or when you have to speak in front of the class. Some kids even feel anxious a lot for no big reason at all. The anxious feelings make your heart beat really fast, your hands get sweaty, and your mind just races with worried thoughts.
Anxiety isn't fun, but there are ways to help calm it down. One of the best things that helps me is taking deep breaths. Taking slow, deep breaths from your belly instead of shallow breaths from your chest can really relax your mind and body. Give it a try next time you're feeling anxious - breathe in through your nose while counting to 4, then breathe out through your mouth while counting to 6. Keep doing that until you feel calmer.
Another great way to stop anxiety is to talk to someone you trust about what's making you worried. Maybe you can talk to
your parents, a teacher, or a good friend. Saying your worries out loud can make them seem less scary. The person you talk to might even have some good advice to help!
If you ever feel like your anxiety is getting really hard to deal with, you should also tell a parent or teacher. They can perhaps help you learn other strategies from a counselor or therapist. There's no need to feel anxious all alone.
Now let's talk about mental exhaustion. This isn't the same as feeling tired after running around a lot or staying up late. Mental exhaustion is when your brain feels completely drained, even if your body isn't physically tired. You might have a hard time concentrating, feeling motivated, or even thinking clearly. It can be a sign that you're spending too much mental energy worrying, overthinking things, or just trying to do too much at once.
One of the best ways I fight mental exhaustion is by giving my brain a rest through mindfulness activities. Mindfulness is when you practice focusing all your thoughts and senses on the present moment instead of letting your mind race. Some mindful activities I like are coloring, going for a mindful walk while focusing on the sights and sounds around me, or doing deep breathing exercises.
Getting out in nature, moving your body with exercise, and making sure you're getting enough sleep at night can also really help fight mental exhaustion. Your brain needs to recharge its batteries just like your phone or tablet!
Make sure you're also taking breaks from hard mental work like doing a lot of homework or studying. It's good to take short 5-10 minute breaks every hour or so where you let your mind rest completely. Even just closing your eyes and not thinking about anything for a few minutes can help refresh your brain.
If you're feeling mentally exhausted for a long time or it's interfering with your ability to function normally, definitely tell a parent or teacher. They may be able to find ways to help reduce your stressors and mental load.
One last thing - anxiety and mental exhaustion often go together. When you're constantly anxious and worried, it can drain your mental energy like crazy. Anytime you're able to calm your anxiety through the tips I mentioned, it can also help prevent mental exhaustion.
I really hope these tips can help you or a friend combat anxiety and mental fatigue. Having a calm, peaceful, well-rested brain is so important for being able to think clearly, do your best
at school, and just enjoy life more. Don't be afraid to ask for help anytime you need it. We're all in this together!
What are your favorite ways to stop anxiety or recharge your mind when it's feeling drained? I'd love to hear any other brilliant ideas you might have. Wishing you all the best!。
