超声检查对小儿阑尾炎的诊断和临床分型的价值探讨

【摘要】目的：分析超声检查对小儿阑尾炎的诊断和临床分型的价值，以更好的改善小儿阑尾炎患者的治疗效果以及生活质量。

方法此次实验选择我院在2014年5月～2015年5月收治治疗的100例小儿阑尾炎患者，对患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。

借助超声对小儿阑尾炎患者进行诊断，并对比超声检查结果以及手术病理结果的准确性。

结果经病理检查，98例确诊为小儿阑尾炎，而超声检查有96例为小儿阑尾炎，超声检查结果与病理确诊结果差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。

结论超声检查可作为小儿阑尾炎疾病诊断中的有效方法之一，还可对患儿疾病进行分型，提高预后治疗效果。

%Objective To analyze the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and clinical classification of appendicitis in children,and to improve the treatment and quality of life of children with appendicitis.Methods100 cases of children with appendicitis treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Ultrasound diagnosis of children with appendicitis,and compared the results of ultrasound and surgical pathology between the accuracy of the situation. Results 98 cases were diagnosed as appendicitis by pathology,while 96 cases were appendicitis in children. The results of ultrasonography and pathology showed no significant
difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonography can be used as an effective
method in the diagnosis of appendicitis in children. It can also be used to classify the disease and improve the prognosis.
