“一个中心”即材料中的“疤痕”，两个“基本点”即材料中的“预防”和“健康（或美丽）”。

考生需围绕“疤痕”与“预防”或“健康”的关系展开。

（二）关于材料的内容“内容”指材料的表层信息，主要是针对三个关键词语的表层理解。

（1）关于“疤痕”：主要指疮口或伤口愈合后留下的痕迹，即人在经历某种创伤后留下的痕迹。

考生也可将“疤痕”转义为“伤痕”、“伤疤”等，但应注意将“疤痕”与“足迹”、“痕迹”区别开来，如考生将其理解为成长路上走过的痕迹（无经历痛苦失败），则应视为对关键词的理解不正确。

对于“疤痕”这一关键词，必须在文中予以明扣。

（2）关于“健康（美丽）”：主要指一个人在身体、精神和社会等方面都处于良好的状态。

此处的“健康（美丽）”在文中既可明扣，也可暗扣。

（3）关于“预防”，指事先防备，在材料中指为了健康（美丽）而提前做出的防备措施。

若考生将“预防意识”理解为“防患意识”，也属于对材料关键词的正确理解。
