go shopping意为“购物”类似的短语很多。

(1)英语中用来询问时间的表达法还有多种:
What’s the time?
What’s the time by your watch?
回答时间时只需用“It’s+时间”即可。
e.g. Excuse me. What time is it now?打扰了,请问现在几点了?
It’s nine thirty.现在九点三十。
(2)英语时间的读法
①顺读法:先读“点钟”,再读“分钟”。
e.g. 3:13three thirteen
6:23six twenty-three
②逆读法:先读分钟,再读点钟:
当分钟数小于或等于30 分钟时,用介词past 表示“……点超过……分”(如下图),表达式为:“分钟数+past+ 点钟数”。
e.g.12:10 ten past twelve
4:30half past four
(当分钟数大于30 分钟时,用介词to 表示“……点差……分”(如下图),表达式为“(60- 分钟数)+to+ (点钟数+1 )”。
e.g. 3:50ten to four
③15 分钟可用a quarter (一刻)表示,即15 minutes = a quarter 。
一小时可分为四刻,即an hour = four quarters (如下图)。
e.g. 3:15a quarter past three
7:45a quarter to eight
④表示正点时,也可以在基数词的后面加上o'clock 。
e.g.3:00 three o'clock
4.Li Ming is arriving home from Beijing.
李明将从北京回到家。
此句中出现了be+V-ing 形式,但此处并不表示正在发生的动作,而是表示即将发生的动作。
这是正在进行时的另一种用法。
e.g. I know you are arriving next Sunday.
我知道你下个星期天即将到达。
She is coming here tomorrow.
她明天将会到这儿来。
5.Did you have fun in Beijing? 你在北京过得愉快吗?
have fun玩得高兴,过的开心
e.g. They had great fun that night.
他们那晚过得非常开心。
Mother is having fun playing with the cat.
妈妈正和那只小猫玩得开心。
类似的表达法还有:have a good time ,enjoy oneself,它们都可以表示“玩得高兴,过的开心”。
e.g.Did you have a good time last Sunday? 你上周日过得开心吗?
They enjoy themselves very much in the garden.他们在花园里玩得非常开心.6.What happened to sb./sth.?……怎么样了?
e.g. What on earth happened to your mouth?

为某人买某物也可以说成:buy sb.sth.
上面的句子也可以说成:

2.It is for sb. 它是给某人的。
e.g. This big birthday cake is for Mary.这个大蛋糕是给玛丽的。
Can you cook supper for me? 你能为我煮晚饭吗?
3.like doing sth. 喜欢干某事(指经常性的爱好)
e.g. Jim likes singing, he doesn’t like dancing.吉姆喜欢唱歌,不喜欢跳舞。
Do you like eating bananas? 你喜欢吃香蕉吗?
like to do sth. 也指“喜欢干某事”,但一般指一时的爱好。
e.g. Many people like to watch others playing games.
许多人喜欢看别人比赛。
I like reading, but today I am too tired.So I don't like to read.I want to sleep.

(三)语法小结
1.一般过去时
一般过去时表示过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态,常和表示过去的时间状语连用,如:then, at that time,just now, yesterday, yesterday morning(afternoon, evening),last night,
last week; a few days(months, years)ago, in 1978等。
也表示过去经常或反复发生的动作,常和often, always等表示频度的时间状语连用。
一般过去式在句中是由动词的过去式来体现。
(1)一般过去时的肯定句:主语+动词过去式+其它.
e.g. I got up at 6:30 yesterday.
My father was at work yesterday afternoon.
He always went to work by bus last year.
e.g. He didn’t get up at 6:30 yesterday.
My father was not at work yesterday afternoon.
They didn’t go to work by bus last week.
(3)一般过去时的一般疑问句的句子结构及回答:
在过去时态中,无论主语是第几人称,是单数还是复数,助动词一律用did:
e.g. Did he get up at 6:30 yesterday?
Yes, he did / No, he didn’t.
Did they go to work by bus last week?
Yes, they did. / No, they didn’t.
Was your father a worker?
Yes , he was./ No, he wasn’t
(4)规则动词过去式的构成有四种:
①一般在动词原形末尾加-ed,如:
look→looked, play→played, start→started.
②结尾是e的动词加-d,如:
live→lived, hope→hoped, use→used.
③末尾只有一个辅音字母的重读音节词,先双写这个辅音字母,再加-ed。
如:
stop→stopped, plan→planned, trip→tripped.
④结尾是“辅音字母+y”的动词,先变“y”为“i”再加-ed。
如:
study→studied, carry→carried, worry→worried。
⑤部分不规则动词过去式:
do—did go—went read—read
see—saw get—got sit—sat
have/has—had am/is—was know —knew make —made feed —fed tell —told win —won find —found feed —fed lead —led feel —felt。
