1.8.1160KVA UPS1)技术性能:机房系统IT设备采用UPS 供电,配电容量为160kVA,三相输入,三相输出,后备时间30分钟。
在失电情况下,UPS 提供后备电源,并进行必要的隔离和滤波,防止外部电压波动对设备运行的干扰。
UPS电源装置的主要技术性能指标应满足以下要求:Ø可根据负载大小自动调节放电,延长电池寿命。
Ø在线式双变换技术。
采用双转换技术的UPS始终再生一个洁净的电压输出,完全隔离主交流电源的扰动,UPS必须采用整流器和谐波滤波器。
Ø应采用智能化控制系统进行控制信息处理,对蓄电池进行有效地管理。
Ø具备易看和易操作的大屏幕图形化液晶显示屏,借助于人-机对话型的菜单操作随机记录UPS运行状态,提供可靠的原始数据,便于分析故障原因。
同时具备标准内置SNMP网络适配器、标准内置RS232接口、环境输入节点(监控烟雾、湿度、温度等)、继电器干接点、EPO接口。
要求UPS设备和后台监控都必须为中文界面。
Ø UPS内置输出隔离变压器,保证UPS输出侧与市电的完全隔离。
UPS输出隔离变压器必须采用H级的Z-Z绕组的隔离变压器以抵消负载谐波电流的干扰,实现带100%三相不平衡负载的功能。
Ø逆变器侧和旁路侧必须使用能够带满负载工作的SCR静态旁路开关,不得使用交流接触器加小容量的SCR来实现旁路功能。
Ø应设置静态旁路,静态旁路开关须自动地把UPS负载无间断地切换到逆变器电源或旁路供电电源。
UPS电源装置须可以承受静态旁路开关无间断地与旁路电源并联时产生的瞬间能量或故障能量。
Ø内置手动维修旁路,保证实现不停电维护,使负载与UPS电源系统隔离。
Ø为满足将来发展需求,UPS可在线扩容。
Ø标配有“三位”电池保护开关。

Eaton 9395 UPS®225–300 kVASingle-Feed Kit Installation InstructionsEaton 9395 UPS (225–300 kVA) Single Feed Kit S 164201722 Rev 2 /powerquality1Eaton 9395 UPS (225–300 kVA) Single-Feed Kit InstallationNOTE Refer to the applicable installation and operation manual supplied with the UPS during installation.Installation should be performed only by qualified personnel.To install the single-feed kit:1.If not already accomplished, remove one top screw and two bottom screwssecuring the UPS left front panel (refer to the applicable Eaton 9395 UPS manual for panel location). Lift the panel straight up to remove it from the panel hanger bracket at the top of the cabinet.2.If not already accomplished,remove the screws securing the internal safetyshield panel and remove the panel to gain access to the rectifier and bypass input terminals. Retain the hardware for later use.3.Using hardware from the single-feed kit (see Table 1), install the single-feed jumper cables from the kit between the rectifier input terminals and the input bypass input terminals (see Figure 1). Tighten the bolts to the torque values listed in Table 2.4.Return to the applicable Eaton 9395 UPS manual to complete the wiring.Table 1. The UPS has been designed for continuous operation. Redundant components and cooling are available for increased reliability, and the UPS is fault tolerant with built in 100% rated static bypass switch.
FLEXIBLE AND UPGRADEABLE
Further capacity can be added by paralleling (maximum system output of 2000 kVA). The UPS has an intuitive man/machine interface with a large high definition display and animated mimic display. With the addition of optional communication cards, it can be easily integrated into networking and monitoring systems using common protocols such as Modbus or SNMP.
