企业薪酬制度的现状与对策研究

(以A企业为例)

摘要

21世纪是一个充满机遇和挑战的时代,是一个人才资源竞争的年代,也是一个高新技术产业发展迅猛的年代。鉴于高新企业出现的很多新特征,传统的薪酬制度已难以适应高新企业管理的需求,对已有薪酬管理制度进行创新成为必然。因此,如何用好薪酬制度这把双刃剑,已经成为高新技术企业生存和发展的关键。

面对这样的背景,本文以A企业作为高新企业的代表.首先对A企业的薪酬制度进行研究,分析其薪酬制度中所存在的主要问题,然后从薪酬战略、企业文化、员工职业发展体系,福利制度等方面提出改善薪酬制度的具体策略,构建了与A企业发展阶段相匹配的薪酬制度。同时借鉴文献研究针对A企业存在的问题提出有效的改进对策,从而为A企业薪酬制度的有效实施提供依据。

ABSTRACT

Twenty-first Century is an era full of opportunities and challenges, is human resources competitive age, and is an era of rapid development on new- and high-tech Industry. Due to the new arisen characters of high-tech enterprises, the traditional compensation system does not meet the demand of high-tech enterprise management, it is the necessary to innovate the existing salary management system. Therefore, how to make good use of the double-edged sword of compensation system, has become to the survival and development key of new- and high-tech enterprise.

Faced with such a background, this paper takes A Enterprise as the representative of new- and high-tech enterprise. Firstly take an research on the compensation system of Enterprise A, analysis the main problems existing in the compensation system of Enterprise A, and then from the compensation strategy, enterprise culture, employee occupation development system, welfare system and other aspects to bring up the specific strategy how to improve compensation system. At the same time literature research for A Enterprise existing problems and put forward the effective countermeasures, so as to provide the basis for the c ompensation system of A Enterprise's effective implementation .
