1、目的Purpose
为确保数据线的生产、检验工作有序进行，为过程质量控制、例行检验、最终成品检验和确认检验提供依据。

This standard is the data cable quality acceptance criterion, to ensure the data cable design and produce meet the quality requirements, make sure product quality, provide the judgment standard for the inspection;
2、适用范围 S cope
本标准适用本公司手机产品的各种数据线质量检验。

The standard will be applied to data cable’s quality evaluation and sampling inspection for all XXX products ;
3、规范性引用文件Referred files
手机可靠性测试标准；reliability test standard
手机外观检验标准；handset appearance inspection standard
4、检验工具 E quipment
游标卡尺、硬度计、投影测试机、振动测试仪、拉力计、压力计、扭曲测试仪、盐雾机、摇摆测试机、自由跌落测试机、拔插测试机、高低温箱
Vernier Caliper, Hardness Meter, Projective Tester, Vibration Tester, Tension Meter, Pressure Meter, Torque Meter, Salt Tester, Swing Tester, Free Fall Tester, Insertion and Draw Tester, Temperature Chamber.
5、基本要求Requirement
5.1 工作条件Working condition
工作温度范围Working temperature range ：-20℃～65℃
相对湿度Humidity：5%～90%
大气压力Atmospheric pressure：70 KPa～106 KPa
存储温度Store Temperature: -40℃～70℃
5.2 外观要求Appearance requirement
数据线表面应平整无划痕，外观无损伤、碎裂痕迹、镀涂层剥落、外露金属无锈；塑料制品不应有起泡、断裂、变形、烫伤、污溃；卡簧安装方向正确。

与手机连接的插头插入、取出方便；摇晃数据线，数据线内部应无晃动感，接头必须是模内注塑。

The data cable appearance should be good, no obvious nick, deformed, no plating peel off, no rusty metal and other damage. Plastic part should not be bubbly, broken, deformed and other damage. The spring snaps should be installed correctly. The connection between data cable and mobile phone should be convenient, and should not be loose; the connector shoulder should be insert molding.

5.4线材及其结构Cable Material and Configuration
主体规格Main Spec：Φ3.5*1000mm;
颜色Color：黑色/白色Black/White；
内芯线Core Wire：26AWG(7/Φ0.12BC)4C;(适用于USB2.0标准);

导线绝缘阻抗Insulation Impedance of Wire：DC/300V 10MΩMIN

6.可靠性测试R eliability：
6.1 自由跌落测试Free fall drop test
测试仪器Test equipment：20mm水泥地板20mm floor slab
测试环境Test Circumstance：
1）高度为Height :150cm；
2）跌落10次Drop 10times。

判定标准Criteria：
1）电性能正常，外壳不可破裂
Electrical function is ok, and the plastic should not be broken。

6.2 拉力测试Tensile strength test
测试仪器Test equipment：拉力计Tension meter；
测试要求Test Requirement：
1）使用5KG的拉力去拉数据线两端
Tension under 5KG strength on the two ends of the data cable；
2）保持60秒钟Retain 60 seconds。

检验标准Criteria：
1）产品功能正常，线芯断线率不超过20%，被覆外皮不破裂，变形，断裂
The function should be ok, and the damage happened on core wire should not be over 20%, cable skin should not be cracked ,deformed and broken down；
6.3表面印刷测试Printing Test
测试要求Test Requirement：
1）参考xxx可靠性测试RCA测试标准，并记录检验结果
Refer to the xxx reliability test standard to do the test, and record the result;
2）字符酒精耐磨测试Character RCA：用沾酒精的布，90%的酒精浓度，5N／cm２的力来回擦200次
Abrade the character with cloth contained 90% consistency alcohol under 5N/ cm２strength；
检验标准Criteria：测试后整个测试表面原始的颜色不可改变，图案不可消失,油漆不露底。

The color should not be changed on the surface, the picture should be clear and the priming should not be shown.
6.4盐雾测试Salty fog test:
测试条件Test Condition：
1）参考xxx可靠性测试盐雾测试标准，并记录检验结果
Refer to the xxx reliability test standard to do the test, and record the result;
6.5高温度存储测试High temperature store test
测试要求与检验标准Test condition and Criteria：
1）参考xxx可靠情测试高温存储测试标准，并记录检验结果；
Refer to the xxx reliability test standard to do the test, and record the result;
6.6低温度存储测试Low temperature store test
测试要求与检验标准Test condition and Criteria：
1）参考xxx可靠情测试低温存储测试标准，并记录检验结果；
Refer to the xxx reliability test standard to do the test, and record the result;
6.7温度循环测试Temperature cycle test
测试要求与检验标准Test condition and Criteria：
1）参考xxx可靠情测试温度循环测试标准，并记录检验结果；
Refer to the xxx reliability test standard to do the test, and record the result;
6.8恒温恒湿测试Constant temperature and humidity test
测试要求与检验标准Test condition and Criteria：
1）参考xxx可靠情测试恒温恒湿测试标准，并记录检验结果；
Refer to the xxx reliability test standard to do the test, and record the result;
6.9插拔寿命测试Plug insertion and pull out test
测试条件Test condition：
1）使用插拔测试仪Plug insertion and pull out machine；
2）测试总周期为3,000次，每分钟插拔40次。

Test cycle: 3000 times , speed: 40time/minute;
测试要求：进行到2000次后，每500次检查一次；
Test requirement: after 2000times, check it per 500time;
检验标准Criteria：
1）数据无焊接故障，插头无损伤，无退pin，坏pin，卡扣正常，电气性能正常；
No soldering issue, No damage on the plug and metal holder, the electrical function is ok 2）数据线插入后不能有松动，可以承受本机的重量；
The connection between plug and socket should not be loose, and this strength can support the weight of handset;
6.10摇摆测试Swing test
测试条件Test Condition：
1）将数据插头处接入200g 物体，摇摆全角60度，3000次，每分钟20次
Hang 200g object on the data cable, sway all angle 60 degree, cycle 3000times, 20times/minute
检验标准Criteria：产品功能正常，线芯的断线率不超过20%，被覆外皮不破裂，变形，与手机连接不可松脱；
All function should be ok, no mechanical damages or other appearance failure; the connection strength between data cable and handset should not be loose.。
