【摘要】目的：研究分析在配送血液运输中施予冷链温度监控的价值及效果。

方法：回
顾性分析本中心血站在2015年3月-2016年3月实施新版配送血液单位血液运输冷链温度监控以前的相关资料，并将其与在2016年4月-2017年4月实施新版配送血液单位血液运输冷链温度监控后的相关资料加以对比，观察比较其结果。

结果：在2016年4月-2017年4月中不良意外的发生总数好于在2015年3月-2016年3月中，P

【Abstract】objective： to study and analyze the value and effect of cold chain temperature monitoring in distribution of blood. Methods： The data of the new cold chain temperature monitoring system for blood transport units in the center from March 2015 to March 2016 were analyzed retrospectively， and compared with the new cold chain temperature monitoring system for blood transport units from April 2016 to April 2017. Observe and compare its results. Results： The total number of adverse accidents between April 2016 and mid-April 2017 was better than the total number of bad accidents between March 2015 and mid-March 2016. Conclusion： enhancing the monitoring of the cold chain temperature corresponding to the blood transport in the blood distribution unit can promote the quality and effectiveness of the cold chain transport， and reduce the occurrence of various kinds of adverse accidents during the transportation， which is worth implementing and applying in all directions.

現阶段在我国，因为各个血站中的监管体制持续获得了健全，所以对血液运输的各类进程也给予了严格的规定，急需标准运输的进程[1]。

而血液运输是确保血液质量、临床安全输血
的重要一环。

无论是平时临床用血还是重大突发事件发生时用血，都需要及时、安全、保质、保量地完成血液运输工作。

在血液运输工作中，必须保持各种血液成分的活性，抑制各种细菌的生长繁殖。

做好血液运输工作的关键是选择运输工具、运输时间、运输温度、运输监控。

血液的运输温度更是重中之重，所以对血液运输温度给予严格规定[2]。

鉴于此，本研究为了分
析在配送血液运输中施予冷链温度监控的价值及效果，选出本中心血站在2015年3月-2016年3月实施新版配送血液单位，血液运输冷链温度监控以前的相关资料，并将其与在2016年4月-2017年4月实施新版配送血液单位，血液运输冷链温度监控后的相关资料加以对比，现将具体情况总结如下：。
