1. In this sense body’s use of language – whether English, Chinese, or any other – is different. 从这种意义上来说，每个人对语言的使用—不管是英语，汉语，或者任何其他语言—都是不同的。

1) (C,U) power to understand and make judgments about sth. 观念, 意识,辨识力(常用a sense, the sense)

4)any of the five senses (感官之)官能,感觉,知觉
The five senses are sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch.

The horse sensed danger and stopped. 这匹马意识到有危险,停了下来.

2. English is spoken as an official language in more than 60 countries across the world and it can sound very different from place to place. 英语在全世界六十多个国家被作为官方语言使用，但是各地的英语听起来差别会很大。
