• 美國加州能源委員會(California Energy Commission)為負 責加州初級能源政策及計劃執行之行政機構,由加州立法機 構成立于1974年,為因應加州降低能源損耗之強製法律規 定,而經常性地更新,以考慮新的能源效率科技及量測方 法.2006.10.11 cec采用sec1601~1608,2006.12.14由加州 行政法律機構批準.委員會具有下列五個主要職責: 預測未來能源需求及保存加州歷史以來之能源使用資料 核發50百萬瓦以上熱能電廠執照 製定電氣產品及建築物效率 開發能源相關技術及推廣使用再生能源 計劃﹑指導能源緊急狀況之處置
