I never thought I would end up going to college out of state, but here I am, living the dream in a new city. It's definitely been a big adjustment, but I'm loving every minute of it.
The first thing that hit me when I arrived on campus
was the sheer size of everything. The buildings, the campus, the city – everything just seemed so much bigger than what I was used to back home. It was overwhelming at first, but now I can't imagine being anywhere else.
One of the best things about being away from home is
the independence. I can make my own decisions, set my own schedule, and really take charge of my own life. It's empowering and liberating in a way that I never experienced before.
Of course, there are downsides to being so far from home. I miss my family and friends, and sometimes I feel a
bit lonely. But I've also made some amazing new friends here, and we've formed a little support system for each other. It's comforting to know that I'm not alone in this new adventure.
The academics are no joke either. College is a whole different ball game compared to high school. The workload
is intense, and the expectations are high. But I'm learning so much, and I can feel myself growing and developing every day. It's challenging, but in the best possible way.
Overall, going to college out of state has been an incredible experience. It's pushed me out of my comfort
zone and forced me to grow in ways I never thought possible. I'm so grateful for this opportunity, and I can't wait to see where this journey takes me.。
