• Anxiety is a normal status when people face up with some situations in life. Only if someone becomes anxiety with no obvious reasons and it last for a long time which may affect normal life and work we call it Anxiety disorder.

• When people predict that something bad will happen, then it’ll causes their feelings of nervous，anxiety , afraid, angry etc. And shows in their mood. To find out the reasons of this situation, we have to know the two different kinds of nervous and anxiety first.
