IP Office 目前支持以下的 4600 系列电话:• 4602• 4606• 4612• 4624安装要求在 IP Office 上安装 4600 系列 IP 电话需要满足以下要求:• 电源插座:每部 IP 电话都需要一个带开关的电源插座,其规格为:110-240V AC,50-60Hz。
• LAN 接口:每部 IP 电话都需要一个10/100Mbps 的RJ45 以太网 LAN 连接点。
• 按类别 5 布线4600系列 IP 电话使用的所有 LAN 电缆和 LAN 布线体系都必须符合类别 5 布线要求。
• LAN 电缆:请检查 IP 电话是否附带提供了用来连接电源设备的 RJ45 LAN电缆。
您还需要另外一条 RJ45 LAN电缆(用于连接电源设备和用户的 LAN)。
• 为了通过 IP 电话将用户的 PC 和 LAN 相连,可能需要另外的 RJ45LAN电缆。
• 1151B1 电源设备:该设备将通过 LAN 电缆为 IP 电话供电。
4602/4606/4612/4624 型电话还可以使用符合 IEEE 802.3af 标准的 LAN 电源。
• 语音压缩模块:IP Office 控制单元必须装有语音压缩模块。
该模块的容量将限制并发VoIP呼叫的数量。
• DHCP 服务器:如果没有其它的 DHCP 服务器,IP Office 控制单元可以承担此任。
• TFTP 服务器:运行 Manager 应用程序的 PC可承担此任。

Small Right Knob (GPS) selects pages within a group listed above. Pressing it momentarily displays the cursor.
POWER ON
The COM power/volume turns the unit on and sets the desired radio volume. The self test screen will display briefly. If the airplane has an Avionics Master switch, turn it on.
COM Flip-Flop Key swaps the active and standby COM frequencies. Press and hold it to automatically tune the emergency frequency (121.5).
VLOC Volume Knob controls volume for the VOR/Localizer (VLOC). Pressing it momentarily enables or disables the ident tone.

启动电池保护的优点为电池电压较低时可以保护电池;缺点为电池电压下降到一定水平即切断电池,使 得所有负载,包括重要与非重要的负载断电。 软件取消电池保护的优点为延长重要负载供电时间,缺点为无法保护电池。也不能避免误操作或设备故 障导致的非预期的误下电。而硬件取消电池保护则可以避免设备故障与误操作造成的非预期误下电,以 最大限度地保证重要负载供电的不中断。

此乃MOSA IP PBX 的獨特設計,當分機使用者無法利用其桌上分機應答來話時,可將
其桌上分機設定電話跟隨致某一網外電話如手機,而達到來電不遺漏的目的。其跟隨條
符合RFC3261 標準的SIP 終端設備 (Gateway,IP Phone,Softphone 或是 Wi-Fi phone) 可
以註冊到MOSA 4600 Plus,成為整個網路電話交換機的一支分機,使SIP 終端設備可以跟
模擬分機整合在一起,互相撥號
MOSA 4600 Plus 本身也具備SIP Client後就

General DescriptionThe MAX4580/MAX4590/MAX4600 dual analog switches feature low on-resistance of 1.25Ωmax. On-resistance is matched between switches to 0.25Ωmax and is flat (0.3Ωmax) over the specified signal range. Each switch can handle Rail-to-Rail ®analog signals. The off-leakage current is only 2.5nA max at +85°C. These analog switches are ideal in low-distortion applications and are the preferred solution over mechanical relays in automat-ic test equipment or applications where current switching is required. They have low power requirements, require less board space, and are more reliable than mechanical relays.The MAX4580 has two NC (normally closed) switches,the MAX4590 has two NO (normally open) switches,and the MAX4600 has one NC (normally closed) and one NO (normally open) switch.These switches operate from a +4.5V to +36V single supply or from ±4.5V to ±20V dual supplies. Do not exceed the absolute maxi-mum ratings, because stresses beyond the listed rat-ings can cause permanent damage to the devices.Always sequence V+ on first, then V-, followed by the logic inputs, NO, or COM. If power-supply sequencing is not possible, add two small signal diodes (D1, D2) in series with supply pins for overvoltage protection (Figure 1). Adding diodes reduces the analog signal range to one diode drop below V+ and one diode drop above V-, but does not affect the devices’ low switch resistance and low leakage characteristics. Device operation is unchanged, and the difference between V+and V- should not exceed 44V. These protection diodes are not recommended when using a single supply.Figure 1. When the pistons are displaced, they in turn rotate the actuator output shaft counterclockwise, which opens the valve. This action is the same for single acting and double acting actuators.Single Acting:When the pressurized air is removed from the bottom port, the compressed springs located at the opposite side of the pistons relax. As the spring relax, they in turn rotate the actuator output shaft in a clockwise rotation, which closes the valve. Although the term “relax” is used, the springs are NEVER relaxed, and are ALWAYS under tension, so caution must be exercised.Double Acting:When the pressurized air is removed from the bottom port, the unit remains in the same position until pressurized air is applied to the top port (unlike the single acting actuator). When the pressurized air is introduced to the top port, it is channeled to the opposite side of the pistons, driving them to their original position, which in turn rotates the actuator output shaft in a clockwise direction, closing the valve.Optional Solenoid Valve (See drawing #004PNU)An optional solenoid valve (ASCO 8401 NAMUR mount) can be supplied mounted directly to the actuator. The cycling is accomplished by energizing the solenoid coil for one valve position (typically open), and de-energizing for the opposite valve position (typically closed). The unit is electrically fail safe; so it will return to its de-energized position on electrical failure, provided the air supply is not interrupted.The 8401 solenoid is equipped with speed controls, a manual override, and 18 inch long #18 AWG lead wire.The speed controls are needle valves that will reduce the C V value or increase the cycle time by creating back pressure within the actuator. Speed control adjustments are independent for the opening and closing strokes.Caution: If speed control adjustments are screwed in too far, actuator can not exhaust properly and will not cycle!!The manual override is engaged by pressing and rotating the red slotted screw clockwise 90 for the open position. Once the valve is open, simply rotate the red screw counter-clockwise 90 for the closed position.Caution: Manual override will not work without air supply!!MaintenanceThe Series 79P double rack and pinion actuators do not need anypreventative maintenance.Periodic checks should be performed to ensure proper tightness of allfasteners.Caution: Isolate actuator from electrical power supply and compressedair supply before any maintenance is performed. Make sure both sides ofpistons have been bled off.Dis-assembly of Actuator 1.Place actuator in press and compress actuator. 2.When pressure is on end cap remove snap ring from groove. 3.Slowly release press, allowing springs to fully extend. 4.Remove end cap and springs 5.Repeat steps 1 through 4 for opposite end cap 6.Rotate shaft counter-clockwise to remove pistons. 7.Remove snap ring from shaft. 8.Slide shaft through actuator body and out the bottom. Assembly of Actuator 1.Install shaft, washer, and secure with snap ring; making sure that the snap ring is seated 2.With the air inlet ports facing you, install pistons into actuator body with the rack of the right piston facing the air inlet ports. 3. Rotate shaft CCW (beyond open position) to engage both racks. Next,rotate shaft CW to pull pistons to the closed fully position (actuatorshaft should not be cocked, and there should be equal distancebetween the actuator body and the pistons).4. Install desired number of springs and end cap to actuator body.5. Compress springs with machine press6. When end cap is in place, install snap ring; making sure that the snapring is seated7. Slowly remove pressure from press to insure proper seating of endcap.8.Repeat steps 4 through 8 for other end. CAUTION --- DANGER Failure to use proper tools can result in SERIOUS INJURY! The actuator springs are very strong and are compressed when actuator is assembled. The design uses a LowProfile ™ compression disk load cell (350Ω bridge) and transmits the load with a rocker pin on the load-bearing hub of the cell. This design is very effective in providing for thermal expansion/contraction with little friction.In most applications, the assemblies are self-checking and held captive with no need for check or stay rods, making this mount a good choice for areas with frequent seismic activity. The rocker pin design eases load cell installation and replacement without the need to raise the weighed vessel a large amount, which could disturb piping and other connections.The A4200/A4600 is available in mild steel or stainlesssteel, in capacity sizes from 2,500 lbf to 50k lbf.The A4200/A4600 is also available with hermetically-sealed stainless steel load cells which are available incapacities from 25k lbf to 50k lbf.The installation should be planned by a qualifiedstructural engineer. T he mounting surface for base and top plate must be level. After installation, the top and bottom plates must be level within ±0.5°. If the mounting surfaces are not level, then shims and or grout may be used to level the mount.If possible, check that the mount is level when the vessel is fully loaded because excessive deflections in legs and supporting structures may cause additional side forces which greatly affect accuracy. Deflection of the mount’s top or base plate due to loading should not exceed ±0.5°. Reinforcement of legs or other support structures may be necessary to correct this. Vessels with long legs should have cross bracing applied between adjacent legs to keep them from spreading under load.2. C ompression mounting systems use three, four, or more mounts. More than eight-mount systems should be avoided as even weight distribution becomes extremely difficult to achieve. The load on each mount assembly should vary by no more than 20%. Add shims where necessary to achieve correct load distribution.3. I f the actual load cells are used during installation, take extreme care to prevent overload damage. A tank or hopper can exert huge forces when dropped only a fraction of an inch. Dummy load cells can be used during installation.4. I t is crucial that all piping or conduitbe horizontal and flexible. If flexiblepiping is not used, make sure distancefrom vessel to the first pipe support is20-30 times pipe diameter. In smaller,lower capacity tanks and hoppers,isolating resultant forces becomesextremely critical.5. L oad cells should not be installed inmounts until all welding is completed.The heat generated from weldingcurrent passing through a load cell can damage the adhesive holding thestrain gauge to the body. If possible,use a dummy load cell when welding to maintain finished height. If weldingis unavoidable after load cell installation, connect the ground in such a way that the current does not flow through the load cell. For example, if welding on the mount top plate, the ground must be connected to the vessel, not to the mount base or support structure. Also, protect the load cell and cable from weld splatter.6. U se only “hermetically sealed” load cells in washdown applications. “Environmentally protected” load cells are not suitable for such applications and will be damaged. If tanks and surrounding equipment are frequently steam cleaned or if the load cell is subjected to direct washdown, a protective shroud for the weighing assembly is recommended. Proper drainage is necessary so the weighing assembly is not standing in water.7. A ll support points should be equally stiff so that they deflect by the same amount as the vessel is loaded.Indicatorbinding or lack of flexibility?2. D etermine where to position each mount. The A4200/A4600 is designed to allow forlateral movement in any direction. M ake necessary preparations to the mounting surfaces. A 1" sub plate is recommended toensure a good mounting surface.4. T he mounts are normally factory assembled. If mounts are not already assembled,complete the assembly by placing the rocker pin and boot in the load cell hub socket, place the top plate on top with the rocker pin in the top plate socket, and install theshoulder screws through the top plate into the base plate risers. Torque the shoulderscrews to 100 ft-lb. Tighten the shoulder screw set screws.5. L ift and block the vessel to the same height as the assembled mounts.6. R emove the block from one support point and slide that mount into position.7. I f the mount is being fitted under the leg of a vessel, verify that the leg’s center line passesthrough the center of the top plate (through the center of the load cell).8. L ower the corner or side of the vessel carefully onto the top plate. The force of a vesselweighing several tons can damage a load cell if dropped only a fraction of an inch.9. W ith the top plate positioned approximately level, mark holes for attaching the top plateto the vessel’s mounting surface. Drill holes and attach top plate loosely to vessel with suitable fasteners.10. R epeat steps 4-10 for the mounting assemblies at the remaining corners or sides.11. V erify that there is no initial misalignment between the base plate and top plate and thatthe rocker pin is in the center of the hole in the top plate.12. A ttach the base plates to the foundation using suitable anchors for concrete or by boltingor welding to a steel structure or subplate. Verify that the base plates are as level aspossible. They should be fully supported. Shimming is not recommended.13. C heck that the top plates are no more than ±.5° out or level. Shim if necessary and fullytighten mounting bolts.14. T o achieve equal load distribution, final height adjustments can be made with shimsbetween the top plate loading bracket and the weighing vessel. The variation in load among the cells should be no more than 20%. The load distribution can be checkedaccurately by exciting each load cell in turn and measuring the output with a voltmeter.6Load Cell Mounting Kit Installation3.0 Load Cell Wiring1. R oute the load cell cables so they will not be damaged or cut. Cable should not be routed near heat sources greater than 150 °F. Do not shorten any load cell cable. The load cell is temperature compensated with the supplied length of cable. Cutting the cable will affect temperature compensation. Coil and protect excess cable so it will not be mechanically damaged or be sitting in water.2. P rovide a drip loop in all cables so that water or other liquids will not run directly down the cables onto either the load cells or the junction box. Attach load cell cable to the dead structure, not the vessel.3. I f conduit protection is necessary against mechanical or rodent damage to the load cell cables, use flexible conduit and conduit adapters at the load cells.4. C onnect cables for load cells to the summing board in the junction box according to the guide shown below and the labels on the terminal strips of the junction box. To verify the wiring scheme, see the certification shipped with each load cell.5. F or better performance, use positive and negative remote sense lines if the wiring running from the junction box to the indicator is longer than 25 feet.6. The load cells are often blamed for a malfunctioning system, but 90% of the time, the problem lies elsewhere. D isconnect each load cell’s signal leads at the junction box and check individual load celloutputs with a multimeter. Then check input/output impedances for comparison with load cell manufacturer’s specifications.9. I f after all these checks the problem still cannot be isolated, reconnect all but one load cell.Replace load cell with a load cell simulator. Alternate so that each load cell is individually disconnected and replaced with a simulator. MOSA 4600 PLUS一.产品特色:整合模拟外线、模拟分机、SIP外线、SIP分机之网络交换机MOSA 4600 Plus于一台设备中整合了各类的电信接口,在外线部分提供了模拟PSTN 端口及SIP端口;而在内线部分同样也提供模拟的分机端口以及SIP的分机端口。
单一设备即可同时提供传统电信及VoIP之连接功能。
完整拨号规划及多重权限管理功能只要简单的拨号规划与设定,不论分机互拨或符合E.164拨号方式,都能搭配既有电信环境,维持原有拨号习惯。
配合严谨的多重限拨功能,达到降低通信成本之实质效益。
具堆栈功能,可扩充至600个据点、五万多分机多种型号分别提供2、4、8与16个模拟端口,可堆栈使用、扩充性高。
只要将分机号码设定完成,便可视为一台完整交换机使用。
除此之外各型号皆可依需求随时扩充SIP端口,客户可以弹性规划其内外线分配,以达到最佳的组合。
内建注册服务器及代理服务器,并支持标准之SIP终端设MOSA 4600 Plus内建注册服务器及代理服务器,凡是符合SIP Protocol-RFC 3261、RFC-2833之SIP终端设备,如SIP Gateway、SIP话机、SIP软件电话或是SIP Wi-Fi 手机等,都可以向MOSA4600 Plus注册登录而成为MOSA4600 Plus的一支分机,并可使用所有的交换机功能。
SIP终端设备即插即用,充分发挥行动办公室的效MOSA 4600 Plus允许客户使用虚拟IP地址(NAT设备)来建构其网络交换机系统。
内建Media Relay使SIP终端设备得以穿透NAT,让终端设备能够即插即用,不须变更NAT之设定,充分发挥行动办公室的效益。

*1接回駐留電話當本機與”轉接伺服器”連接且有將電話駐留(Park)在伺服器上時,可用此功能碼將電話取回接聽。
