(2)医疗安全管理制度一、医务人员应当具备良好的职业道德和医疗职业水平，发扬人道主义精神，履行防病治病，救死扶伤，保护人民健康的神圣职责。

三、严格执行《中华人民共和国药品管理法》，按制度用药。

(3)消毒隔离制度一、医务人员衣帽整齐，工作服每周更换一次。

二、保持诊室内清洁，每日打扫卫生。

三、各诊室污染废料、纱布、棉球等集中放规定焚化处理。

四、进入治疗室、换药室要戴口罩，要定期空气消毒。

五、镊子筒、持物钳（镊）每星期消毒二次，按规定及时更换消毒液，消毒液面要求达到器械的2/3—1/2。

六、所有无菌物品均要写明消毒日期，消毒有效期不超过一周，无菌物品要单独存放。

七、输液、注射一律使用一次性密闭输液器、注射器，针灸针一人一用一消毒，每用一次必须进行煮沸或高压灭菌后方可使用。
