Description:
The resistors are constructed on a high grade ceramic body (aluminum oxide). Internal metal electrodes are added at each end and connected by a resistive paste which is applied to the top surface of the substrate. The composition of the paste is adjusted to give the approximate resistance required and the value is trimmed to within tolerance, by laser cutting of this resistive layer.

The failed Sharp product after the above one (1) year period will be coped with by Sharp, provided that both parties shall discuss and determine on sharing responsibility based on the analysis results thereof subject to the above scope of warranty.

阿克苏助剂1.分散剂Morwet D-425的应用分散剂Morwet D-425为烷基萘磺酸缩聚物钠盐,活性成分大于88%,PH值7.5-10.0,适用于WP,SC和WDG。

在WP中的最低添加量为2-3%,在WDG 中的最低添加量为3-5%,在SC中的最低添加量为2-2.5%。

分散剂的添加量是阿克苏诺贝尔公司在美国德克萨斯州福特沃斯粉末实验室经过大量的试验推荐的,由于原药的品种和质量存在差异,国内使用时,根据不同情况,分散剂的加入量要适当增加,如在80%杀螺胺WP中,Morwet D-425的加入量在7%左右。

1.1目的
确认R60102反应釜系统操作以及其他相关SOP是否经过批准生效,为现行版本。

2.1 目的
检查本方案实施人员是否完成与R60102反应釜系统操作、确认相关的SOP及本确认方案的培训。

执行前所有相关文件均已经过培训。

测试3-设备配套的关键仪表确认
3.1、目的
检查设备上配套的关键仪表是否经过检定是合格的,且是在有效期内的,符合使用要求。

3.2、操作
检查设备上所配套的温度表,检查其计量编号、计量分级、量程、精度、检定日期、检定有效期,并记录检查结果。

3.3、可接受标准
所有关键仪表在其计量检定有效期内,量程和精度符合使用要求。

温度计量程:0~100℃精度:1℃

4.1、目的
检查在方案实施过程中,所使用到的测试仪表是否经过检定是合格的,且是在有效期内的,计量精度符合检测要求。

4.2、操作
检查实施本确认方案所使用到的测试仪表,并记录检查结果。

4.3、可接受标准
所有检测用的仪表在其有效期内,量程、计量精度符合检测要求。

5.1、目的

测试6-转速测试
6.1、目的
通过空载、负载下转速的测试,确认搅拌器的转速是否符合设计要求。

6.2、操作
1)在空载状态下,启动反应釜的搅拌器,观察其运转状况,采用秒表计数法测量搅拌轴转速。

重复三次(转速:83rpm )。

2)负载时,在反应釜中加入2/3体积饮用水,启动反应釜的搅拌器,观察其运转状况,采用秒表计数法测量搅拌轴转速。

重复三次。

转速偏差≤5%。

测试7-减速机运行测试
7.1、目的
通过对反应釜的空载、负载测试,观察减速机的运行及发热情况,确定传动装置是否符合设计要求。

7.2、操作
1)确认反应釜内无物料,启动反应釜的搅拌器,运行5分钟后,测试电机的电流,关闭搅拌器;
5 分钟后启动搅拌器,重复以上操作,测量三次电机的空载电流。

2)负载时,在反应釜中加入2/3体积饮用水,启动反应釜的搅拌器,运行10分钟后,测试电机的电流,关闭搅拌器;5分钟后启动搅拌器,重复以上操作,测量三次电机的负载电流。

在最后一次负载测试后,连续运转2小时,观察减速机无异常声响,运转时用手触摸减速机外壳是否烫手。

7.3、可接受标准
空载电流≤6.6A,负载电流≤11A。

减速机无异常声响,减速机外壳不烫手。

测试8-夹套气密性检查
8.1、目的
对由反应釜的夹套及与其相连的管路、阀门等组成的加热、冷却系统运行气密性检查,确定加热、冷却系统的气密性符合设计要求。

8.2、操作
确认氮气系统的压力大于0.3MPa,关闭加热、冷却系统的所有阀门,打开氮气压阀门,加压至
0.3MPa后,关闭氮气阀门,保持0.5小时,通过反应釜夹套压力表观察压力是否下降,观察各接
口有无泄漏。

8.3、可接受标准
各接口无可见泄漏点,压力表读数无明显压力降。

测试9-反应釜系统气密性检查
9.1、目的
对由反应釜的内胆及与其相连的设备等组成的系统的气密性进行检查,确定该系统的气密性符合设计要求。

9.2、操作
关闭反应釜各连接阀门,打开真空阀门,确认各设备的真空度达到-0.08MPa,至少1小时内,对反应釜静密封进行气密性检查。

方法是在法兰连接处涂以肥皂水,肥皂膜没有明显向内流动现象就说明该处没有泄漏。

反应釜机械密封处加注的润滑油没有减少。

9.3、可接受标准
在法兰连接处涂以肥皂水,肥皂膜没有明显向内流动现象。

测试10-搅拌效果测试
10.1、目的
反应釜夹套内的介质对釜内的物料加热或冷却,开启搅拌,通过对反应釜内容物加热或冷却后温度均一性的测试,确认反应釜搅拌器搅拌效果是否满足可接受标准。

10.2、操作
1)反应釜内注入2/3体积的饮用水,开启搅拌,打开蒸汽阀对釜内饮用水加热,当温度显示仪读数为50℃、70℃、90℃时,关闭搅拌,用长尾温度计分别对反应釜内上、中、下层饮用水温度进行测量。

2)再用冷却水冷却到70℃、60℃、50℃。

记录测量结果。

10.3、可接受标准
每个温度点反应釜内上、中、下层饮用水温度之差不大于±1℃。
