It has a non-sealed pilot, a steel seat, and is non-vented. It allows free flow from the valve (port 2) to the load (port 1) and blocks flow in the opposite direction. Pressure at the pilot (port 3) will open the valve from port 1 to port 2. Pilot pressure needed at port 3 to open the valve is directly proportional to the load pressure at port 1. Pressure at port 2 directly opposes pilot pressure.Technical FeaturesPilot-to-open check cartridges are locking valves, not motion control valves. For motion control applications, use counterbalance valves.For models with manual load release control option, turn load release clockwise to release load.Corrosion resistant cartridge valves are intended for use in corrosive environments and are identified by the model code suffix /AP (see Option Selection below). External parts are made from stainless steel with titanium or brass components, where applicable. Internal parts are made from carbon steel leaded alloy, the same as standard valves. 来料查验查收标准版本:主题三防漆涂覆文件编号: ZL-QPS-A013-101.目的:对本企业的进货原资料依据规定进行查验和实验,保证产品的最后质量。

2.范围:2.1 合用于原资料进厂来料查验。

2.2 合用于产品制程和终检时,对原资料进行复核查证。

3.引用文件3.1 《合格供方目录》4.查验项目查验项目查收标准查验工具抽样标准目检:参照 IPC-610D 标准,在 UV下要求完整固化,II 级平均覆盖每个引脚及焊点上,无空洞起包,纹波裂外观UV灯具纹,桔皮现象。

不得喷涂在程序下载口,连结器内Ac/Rc=0/1部,继电器气孔上,以及与散热器接触面。

在不一样地点取 3 个测试点,测试点均在厚度区间为合格,厚度参照IPC-610D 标准:II级厚度千分尺Ac/Rc=0/1参照GBT9286标准,漆膜厚度,1mm间距;0.061~0.12mm,2mm间距;,3mm间距。

对每种敷形涂划成10*10 的 100 格,用 3M的 TransparentTape600覆资料产品进附着力百格刀, 3M胶带黏贴在百格中,快速拉起, 3 级判断:切口的行一次判定检边沿有部分或部分格子整块剥落,被剥落面积小于验。

35%为合格。

依据 IPC-TM-650测试方法对每种敷形涂测定敷形涂覆资料抗霉菌滋长的能力。

覆资料产品进防霉菌第三方试验固化后的敷形涂覆层不该该有助于霉菌生长行一次判定检或遇到霉菌生长的影响。

要求 0 级肉眼看不到霉菌验。

依据 IPC-TM-650测试方法 2.6.7.1 测试敷形涂覆产品,测试条件:温度 -65 °C~125° C[-85 °F~257° F], 循环周期 100个。

达成温度循环测试后,对每种敷形涂已涂覆的测试载体应该搁置在温度 25± 5°C[77±覆资料产品进热冲击高低温箱9°F] 、湿度 50±5%基准条件下保持 24小时。

GlobAl WArminG PotentiAl of Greenhouse GAsesThe Global Warming Potential (GWP) of a gas is a measure of the degree, relative to carbon dioxide, to which the presence of that gas in the atmosphere will contribute to a long-term increase in global temperature . The calculation of the GWP for a given gas takes into account the efficiency of the gas in absorbing solar radiation (primarily determined by the infrared spectrum of the compound) and the time the compound will remain in the atmos-phere before it is removed by natural processes . Thus if a pulse of 1 kg of the gas is emitted to the atmosphere at the same time as a pulse of 1 kg of CO2, the GWP compares the warming effect of the gas relative to CO2 over various time horizons .This table, which is taken from the 2007 report of the Intergovernmental Panel of Climate Change (IPCC), gives the life-time in years and the radiative efficiency in watts per square me-ter for a concentration of one part per billion for the major com-pounds identified in the Kyoto Protocol as contributing to global climate change . Radiative efficiency is a measure of the radiative forcing that influences the energy balance in the Earth–atmos-phere system . The last four columns of the table give the Global Warming Potential, first as estimated in 1995 for a 100 year time horizon, and then as estimated with improved data in 2007 for 20-, 100-, and 500-year horizons . The calculation of a GWP involves a number of assumptions, and other measures have been proposed (see Reference) .The list of compounds includes those identified in the Montreal Protocol as contributing to ozone depletion, since these com-pounds also contribute to global warming . 聚四氟乙烯热解产物
聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)在高温下的热解产物包括四氟乙烯(TFE)、六氟丙烯(HFP)、八氟环丁烷(OFCB)、八氟丁烯(OFB)和八氟异丁烯(OFIB)等小分子化合物。

此外,当温度和压力条件变化时,TFE 可能会发生二次反应,生成低分子量的PTFE。

同时,在PTFE高温分解过程中,会生成氟化物气体,如氟气(F2)、三氟化氮(NF3)等。

这些气体具有较高的活性,可以与大部分元素发生反应,对环境和人体健康具有一定的风险。

此外,还会生成一些氟化碳化物,如三氟乙酸(CF3COOH)、氟化乙酸(C2F5COOH)等,这些化合物在高温下较为稳定,对人体健康和环境可能产生潜在的危害。
