格林-巴利综合征诊断治疗指南定义：格林-巴利综合征（Guillain-Barré syndrome, GBS）系一类急性免疫介导的炎性周围神经病，其临床特征为发病前常有前驱感染史，呈急性或亚急性起病；主要累及周围神经，常有脑脊液蛋白细胞分离；临床症状多在2-4周内达到高峰，呈单时相自限性病程；IVIg和血浆交换治疗有效。
疾病本质上是一种针对周围神经的自身免疫性炎性损伤和修复过程，病理主要为脱髓鞘，但也可有神经轴索的损害，以运动神经受累为主，少数伴有或以感觉神经或植物神经受累为主。
以运动受累为主的GBS有急性炎性脱髓鞘性多发神经病(acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathies，AIDP)、急性运动轴索性神经病(acute motor axonal neuropathy，AMAN)和急性运动感觉轴索性神经病(（acute motor-sensory axonal neuropathy，AMSAN）；以非运动受累为主的GBS有Fisher 综合征（（Miller Fisher syndrome，MFS）、急性全植物神经功能不全（Acute panautonomic neuropathy）和急性感觉神经病（acute sensory neuropathy，ASN）。
一、GBS的诊断（一）AIDP：其是GBS中最常见的类型，也称经典型GBS，疾病的本质是免疫介导性周围神经神经损伤，以比较广泛的神经根和周围神经髓鞘破坏和修复为主。
1.临床特点(1)任何年龄、任何季节均有发病。
(2)前驱事件：常见有上呼吸道感染和腹泻，尤其空肠弯曲菌和巨细胞病毒、肺炎支原体感染；其他还有EB病毒、HIV、A型肝炎病毒感染；疫苗接种：破伤风、流感、可能脊灰糖丸，狂犬病；分娩、手术、移植等。
(3)急性起病，病情多在2周内达到高峰，绝大多数在4周内达到高峰。
(4)最常见的首发症状是双下肢无力，常伴有下背部和下肢疼痛或酸痛，部分患者伴有四肢远端麻木。

妊娠晚期孕妇产前筛查GBS感染临床价值及对妊娠结局的影响探讨
非常重要的意义。本研究就我院孕产妇妊娠晚期产前筛查 GBS 感染的具体情况以及其对妊娠结局的影响进行探讨，报告如 下。
1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 本组研究对象均来自我院 2015 年 1 月— 2016 年 12 月产科门诊接诊的自愿行 GBS 产前筛查的孕妇共 1 251 例，平均年龄为（28.51±2.14）岁，平均孕周（35.61±0.27）周。 所有入组孕妇均在 1 个月内未服用任何抗生素。 1.2 方法 1.2.1 标本收集 在对患者阴道标本进行采集前，首先以 无菌纱布消毒，再取无菌棉拭子深入到阴道 1/3 处，轻轻旋转 一周，完成分泌物的采集；再取 1 根棉拭子放置在肛门部位，将 其轻缓地深入到肛门括约肌 2 cm~3 cm 处，对直肠分泌物进行 收集。所有标本均放置在无菌试管内送检。 1.2.2 检测方法 运用荧光定量 PCR 仪（ABI，7300 型）及 配套试剂盒，以实时荧光定量 PCR 技术（RT-PCR）行 GBS 检 测。具体操作方法：①样本处理：取 B 族链球菌检测清洗液 1 mL加 入到标本试管中，充分震荡 2 min，观察悬浮情况；将所有样本 取出，并放置离心管内，经 5 min，13 000 转 /min 离心处理，弃上

1 GBS简介GBS是应用于航空器进行精密进近的差分GPS（Differential GPS，DGPS）系统。
由于GPS系统存在定位误差，包括卫星星钟误差、轨道误差、电离层误差、对流层误差、多路径误差、接收天线相位中心误差、接收机钟差等误差，因此必须改善和增强卫星导航系统的定位精度、完好性、可用性和连续性指标。
