制作过程:(以powerpoint2003为例,如版本不同,命令的位置和操作有区别)一、“白手起家法”打开powerpoint软件,出现在面前的是一个空白的单页文件,有两个虚线框(虚线框叫文本框,像个“小纸条”。
幻灯片文件中的每一页相当于一个“底板”,我们需要把各种元素如文字、图片、声音、视频等,一一“粘”上去。
而文字就必须出现这样的文本框中)。
单击即可输入内容。
继续使用“插入”菜单下“新幻灯片”命令来增加页,并且在文本框中输入内容···,字体的修改可以选定文字后,使用“格式”菜单下的“字体”。
然后,单击“文件”菜单下的“保存”按钮,选择位置,输入文件名,单击“保存”按钮。
最简单的幻灯片就做好了。
使用“视图”菜单下的“幻灯片放映”或者按键盘上的F5键进行放映,按回车键或鼠标单击进行翻页。
当然不如人意,所以需要往下看——使用设计模板:单击“格式”菜单下的“幻灯片设计”,可以出现右侧,选择一种喜欢的模板,幻灯片就不再是白色底片了。
选好模板后,还可以使用“配色方案”来修改此模板中的文字等的配色方案。
某一页文本框不够用的话,要增加文本框,可以使用“插入”菜单下的“文本框”—“水平”,之后用鼠标在需要的地方拖动画出框的大小,然后输入内容即可。
删除文本框,单击文本框的边线位置,边线变粗,按键盘上的“delete”键,或者用“编辑”菜单下的“清除”幻灯片编辑区备注编辑区命令。
文本框大小和位置的调整:单击文本框的边框,边框变粗,并出现8个小圆圈,指向小圆圈,鼠标变形为双向的箭头,拖动即可改变框的大小;如果指向边框,鼠标变形为四向箭头,拖动即可改变框的位置。
插入软件自带的图片:“插入”——“剪贴画”,如右图;输入要搜索的类型,如“人物”、“动物”、“自然”、“办公室”等,单击“搜索”按钮,然后双击需要的图片即可。
插入自己计算机上的图片:“插入”——“来自文件”,在打开的对话框中找到需要的图片,然后单击“插入”按钮。
