Employment Dispatch Contract

Article 7. Termination of the Contract
The contract may be terminated under the circumstances stipulated law and this Contract.
Article 8. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes arising from this Contract, the parties shall resolve them through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fls, they may resort to legal means.
Article 9. Miscellaneous
This Contract contns the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements.
