Explain:
1.would rather… than…宁愿…而不愿…”，“更愿意…”
用法：常+V原,常省略为’d rather,所有的人称情况均用would rather.
①肯定形式：would rather _______ sth. 她宁可坐飞机去上海。

_______ rather _______ _______ Shanghai.
②否定形式。

would rather_______ _______ sth.
Mr Li would rather _______ _______ _______ rock music.李先生宁愿不
听摇滚乐。

③在疑问句式中，短语中的would要放在主语之前。

④在两者中取舍,表“宁愿……而不愿……/与其……宁可……”时，则可
用would rather…than…
我宁可在家看电视也不去电影院。

⑤Would(rather)和than后都接不带to的动词不定式，若选同一动词,那么than 后的动词可以省略。

⑥要注意“平行结构”，即在than 的前后要用两个同类的词或词组，如两个n、两个不定式、两个介短等。

我宁愿骑车上班也不愿坐公交车上班。

3.someone/somebody; anyone/
anybody;no one/nobody
这三组词都是用来指代人的不定代词。

Someone、somebody意为“某人”，
多用于肯定句中；anyone、anybody意为“任何人”，常用于否定句、疑问句或条件句中；no one/nobody意为“没有人”，用于否定句中。

I will ask _______ to help me.我将会叫人来帮我。

I can’t find _______to help me now.现在我找不到人来帮我。

Can you see _______ over there?你能看到那儿有什么人吗？
_______ is in the classroom. It’s empty.没人在教室里。

它是空的。

4.something；anything；nothing和none
（1）一般说来，something意为“某物；某事”，常用于肯定句中，表示肯定的意思；而anything用于否定句和疑问句中。

Is there _______ _______ in the jar?罐子里有什么不同寻常的东西吗？
（2）nothing 意为“没有什么；没有任何东西”，相当于
not anything.
