Dear sir or Madam,
My name is Tom, I’m a customer of your supermarket. I’m writing to complain what I met in your supermarket yesterday.
Yesterday, I decided to purchase some foods for my family. I drove to your supermarket because it was relatively close to my house. At first, everything was ok. But when I went to toilet, accident happened. The floor was wet, I thought it was cleaned just moment, and then I slipped down, although I was carefully very much. Both of my left knee and right elbow were broken, also my cloth was tore, and my class was broken.
As your honest customer, I should ray something to you who are manger of supermarket. You should do something to prevent similar accidents happen again. You should supervise your staff very carefully, every time when the toilet was cleaned up, you should ask them to put a warning pad to avoid customers slip down. Fortunately, I can recover soon, but if I’m a pregnant woman or a very old man, it must be a serious circumstance. Another suggestion is maybe you should ask your staff to close the toilet which is just cleaned up, until it dry. I know there are several toilets in your supermarket. Although it is inconvenient for people to use, but much better then cause an accidents.
All above I said, you should improve your management to avoid it happen again.

In the past, many people had practical skills such as making their own clothes and doing repairs to things in the house. But nowadays in many countries, skills like these are disappearing.
In my country, it is a serious situation. I remember when I was little boy, my parent seldom purchased cloth from store for me, instead, my mother made cloth by hands for me. I also
remember that my father went to repair our furniture and bicycles, and sometimes went to replace broken class of window. Nowadays, I can’t find anyone who wears cloth making by hands.
I can still find sewing machine in some families, but nobody use it. It is just a decoration of house. People usually go to store to purchase their favorite clothes. It’s harder and harder to find a shop to repair bicycles. Actually, less people ride bicycle, instead, more and more people driving. So, practical skills of living are really disappearing.
Why this change is happening? As I considering, there are some reasons, including following points. Firstly, with the development of society and economy, there are plenty productions of living, also more and more store were built. It’s convenient for people to purchase cloth or something. People needn’t make cloth by hand anymore. Secondly, People’s concepts were changed. People choose something not only for practical but also for good looking. In addition, in people’s spare time, more and more people choose to sport instead of doing house word. People like to enjoy their life. Moreover, some people don’t have these practical skills because there aren’t chances for them to learn and practice.

There is an argument that children should stay at home and play until they are six or seven years old or children should go to school as soon as possible. In my opinion, children should go to school form a young age. There are lots of benefits for children.
Firstly, it have positive effect on children’s temperament. There are lots of boys and girls at same age in the school, they may play and learn together, so a child can make some new friends soon. Communication is very important for children to grow, children need friends who at the same age. If a child stay and home and play with adult, he may feel lonely. This can make negative effect on children’s temperament.
Secondly, children go to school form a young age also very good for their intelligent exploitation. School is a whole new world for children where they can touch some different things from home. It will obviously improve children’s intelligence from courses such as math, music and painting. All the parents want to improve their children’s intelligence, but there aren’t a great deal of things they can do about it. School is a very good place where teachers always have various methods to do it.
In addition, school is also a very good place for children to learn knowledge. There are various courses for children from four to five years old. For instance, there are math, music, painting and handcraft. It’s impossible for children to learn all of it who staying at home. But it’s very important for children to grow.
Moreover, children go to school from a young age also have positive effects on their body. Sports teacher can give right way for their exercise. Children always need activity, but it need very carefully to protect children from harm, sports teacher can full supervise all the children.
There are lots of benefits for children attending school from a young age. As a father, I agree that children should go to school as soon as possible.。
