患者留置尿管期间两种护理措施比较

【摘要】目的：探讨不同护理措施对患者留置尿管期间的效果。

方法选取我院接
收治疗的90例留置尿管患者。

随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用清洁水清洁尿道口，观察组采用的碘伏消毒液擦拭清洁尿道口。

对比分析两组患者的尿路感染的预防情况。

结果两组患者尿路感染预防效果对比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；但两组患者不良反应发生率对比，观察组不良反应低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

结论患者在留置尿管期进行碘伏消毒液擦拭清洁尿道口可提高杀菌
效果，而采用清洁水清洁尿道口可提高舒适度。

%Objective To investigate the effect of nursing care for patients with indwelling catheter. Methods Ninety patients with indwelling catheter in our hospital received treatment,and were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group adopted clean water clean the
urethra,observation group used iodophor disinfectant wipe clean urethral mouth. The prevention of urinary tract infection in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Two groups of patients with urinary tract infection prevention effect contrast the difference was not significant,had no statistical significance(P> 0.05),but the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients rate differences more obvious,observation group of adverse reaction was lower than that of control group,which had
statistical significance(P< 0.05). ConclusionPatients in indwelling catheter used iodophor disinfectant wipe clean urethral mouth can improve the effect of sterilization,and the clean water clean urethral mouth can improve comfort.
