多层螺旋CT在胃肠道间质瘤中的应用

【摘要】Objective To investigate performance characteristics of gastrointestinal stromal tumor and study of value about multilice spiral CT diagnosis of intestinal obstruction. Methods Retrospective analysis is confirmed by surgery pathology of 31patients with astrointestinal stromal leave. Results 31 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors、in
stomach15cases、4smal intestine、4cases in colon、2cases of mesenterium. Conclusion CT imaging can disply the size and location of tumor accurate density. The relationship between tumor blood vesels distributed in the surrounding tissure also have certain significance for the dif erential dianosis of benign and malignant.%目的：探讨胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）的CT表现特点，及螺旋CT检查对GIST诊断的价值。
方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的GIST患者31例，13例行螺旋CT平扫，18例行增强扫描。
结果31例GIST患者，发生在胃的15例，十二指肠6例，小肠4例，结肠及直肠4例，肠系膜2例。
结论 CT影像能准确的显示肿瘤的部位、大小、密度、肿瘤的血管分布、与周围组织的关系，对于良恶性的鉴别也有一定的意义。
