下面从侧背光光路分析其工作原理。
全反射效应： 导光板多是由PMMA或透明PC料制造的，它的折射系 数N1=1.4916，大于空气的折射系数N2=1；当光线 从导光板射向边界时,只要入射角Ⅰ1大于某一角度时， 光线不再有折射分量，而是全部被反射回导光板中 （如图），根据折射定理：求临界角I0 N1 sinI0=N2sin90° sinI0= N2 /N1 = 1/1.4916=0.67 I0=42.2° 结论:当入射角I1≥42.2°时,光线被全反射

亮银龙色泽较光亮，厚 度也较大（0.08),遮光性较 好，导电； 常用型号为L263S、 L262S、HBKS-50等。 亚银龙色泽相对较暗 淡，厚度薄（0.05），具 有一定的透光性。 亮 银 龙 亚 银 龙
常用的型号为 BTKSMI25UL。
保护膜 扩散层 PET 背胶层 离型纸
底背光扩散片一般带胶，厚度 较大，雾度很大（90%），透光率仅 约40%。
底背光常用扩散片为MB-633P、 MB-433P、ED-255XL、GLD-240等。 厚度在0.18~0.3mm之间。
侧背光用扩散片
结构如图所示： 普通侧背光常 用扩散片为 TPRA-90、 GLD-390等。 厚度在0.09mm。
灯源
二、双极芯片封装结构
芯片正负极均通过铝（金）线邦定与PCB铜箔相 连接。
SMD是将芯片焊接邦定在一个小PCB板上， 并用树脂固定的LED。各型号的SMD封装原 理类同，只是外形结构有差异。 现有的大部分SMD内还封装了反向二极管进 行保护。 亮度范围10~1500mcd，常用于侧背光和彩 屏产品。

一、BEF系列产品
• 1 BEF—Brightness Enhancement Film • 2 结构：棱镜结构—Prism，所以也称为棱镜片 （包含TBEF），如下图： • 3 解释：棱镜层—Acrylic亚克力；下层— Polyester即PET层；角度—angle 90度；棱镜间 距—Pitch 。
3M BEF的知识
3M BEF的知识对平板显示的专业人员来说，3M光学增亮片并不陌生。
增亮片分为3大类：棱镜膜（BEF：Brightness Enhancement Film）系列，反射型偏光片（DBEF：Dual-Brightness Enhance Film）系列和增强型镜面反射片（ESR：Enhanced Specular Reflector）。
棱镜膜（BEF）工作原理棱镜膜（BEF）是利用3M微复制技术制造的光学薄膜，其表面为20微米左右高度的微三棱镜结构。
图1为装置BEF前后的对比示意图。
从下扩散片出射的光线是各方向均匀的发散光。
红箭头表示视角较小的光线（能够进入正视者的眼睛），蓝箭头表示视角较大的光线。
加入BEF以后，红箭头部分聚拢在如图所示的70度左右范围内出射，而蓝箭头部分被微三棱镜反射回背光源系统，经过循环，重新加以利用，最终也在70度左右范围出射。
所以，棱镜膜(BEF)的增亮原理，是将原先大视角的发散光，聚拢在约70度的范围内出射，从而增加了正视的亮度，减小了可视视角。
对于透射式LCD，标准的配置是安装两层棱镜方向相互垂直的BEF。
反射型偏光片（DBEF）工作原理在以上基础上进一步提高亮度，就要使用第二系列产品――应用多层膜技术生产的多层光学膜（MOF）。
多层膜技术是指在不到200微米的厚度中复合1000层左右的光学薄膜。
3M多层光学膜（MOF）包括反射型偏光片（DBEF：Dual Brightness Enhancement Film）系列和增强型镜面反射片（ESR：Enhanced Specular Reflector）。
如图2，背光源出射的全偏振光光矢量分解到P和S这两个相互垂直的振动方向上。
对于传统的吸收型偏光片，选择透过一个振动方向的光线（此处假定是P光），而将与其垂直方向的光线（此处假定是S光）全部吸收，所以光能在通过LCD下偏光片时会被吸收而损失50％以上。

5.2 缺陷5.2.1 黑点：有清楚边界的黑色或暗色不透明点状瑕疵。

缺陷大小根据下图的平均直径D 判定()2b a D +=5.2.3 刮伤: 任何线状缺陷, 长宽比大于4:1而a ≥0.5mm 。
5.2.4 其他缺陷: 脏污,变形或其他影响BEFIII 使用效果的，若能以清净空气流吹除或胶棒粘除则不包含于此定义内。

增光贴布原理与应用增光贴布原理与应用我司部品的核心原材料-----增光贴布﹐其起到的作用是相对未使用增光贴布的部品可以增加亮度（单片增光贴布可以增加60%左右的光度）﹐但其增加度光功能必须跟LCD相结合使用时﹐才能发挥其增光功能。
对增光贴布的原理﹑应用与贴布规格作简要介绍。
背光源光能利用率（未使用增光贴布）从上面光能利用图可以看出﹐光源通过LCD的通过率是很低的﹐所以我们必须提高光能的LCD通过率来提高亮度﹐像DBEF等产品可利用光线折射原理进行聚光作用与其偏光轴﹑光线来往反复利用来提高光线通过率。
增光贴布的种类我司所使用增光贴布主要供货商是3M﹐3M公司对此贴布分为两大类﹕增光膜与聚光膜。
其中增光膜有﹕DBEF-E﹑DEBEF-D﹑DBEF-M﹑ESR﹑DRPF﹔聚光膜﹕BEFII90/24﹑BEFII90/50﹑BEFIII90/50T﹑BEFIII90/50M﹑Thin BEF ﹑BEF-RP。
增光膜﹕依据能量守恒定理﹐光能（光的亮度）是不可能增加﹐其增光功能主要是结合LCD偏光轴角度特性和利用光线来往反复利用提高光能的利用率（相对于未使用增光贴布部品有增光作用）。
贴布有﹕DBEF-E;DEBEF-D;DBEF-M ﹑ESR﹑DRPF﹔聚光膜﹕聚光膜是利用光线折射原理来回重复利用和依靠其高通过率与棱镜作用将全方位角度的光束聚集到角度较窄的光束﹐以提高中间角度的亮度﹐但依据能量守恒定理﹐除中间角度的亮度其它角度的亮度将减弱﹔（相对于未使用增光贴布部品﹐使用单一块增光膜部品其亮度可增加60%﹔使用两块条纹角度相差90度部品﹐其亮度可以增加120%。
