维特根斯坦论遵守规则的一个线索

【摘要】在维特根斯坦后期哲学研究界，关于遵守规则之虑的研究无疑是其中最重要的研究领域之一。研究者们的争论主要集中在这样几个方面，我们应当如何去理解和解释悖论，我们应当如何去理解共同体在遵守规则的活动中所发挥的作用。克里普克和早期的福格林提出了著名的怀疑论悖论解读，但是三十多年后，福格林推翻了自己早期的解读，以严格尊重文本的策略重新解读了维特根斯坦的遵守规则之虑。本文正是基于维特根斯坦的相关文本在福格林的解读框架下去澄清尚有争论的相关重要概念。%Studies on the rule-following considerations is,no doubt,the most important part of the interpretations of Wittgenstein’s later philosophy. The debate among the researchers focus on these aspects:how to account the skeptical paradox and how to account what role community plays in the rule-following activities. Kripke and Fogelin once gave the famous skeptical interpretation,but more than thirty years after that Fogelin denied his early interpretation,and he gave a new interpretation about the rule-following considerations which emphasizes wit tgenstein’s own methods. This paper will base on wittgenstein’s text to make clear some of the important concepts in the light of Fogelin’s new interpretation.
