一、考点分析
词形转换题的考查内容既有比较简单的单词变化，又有对知识的综合运用。

这些变化主要包括：一是括号内所给单词的词性不变，根据句意，仅在词形上作适当的变化，然后填入空白处。

如：名词由单数形式变为复数形式、（单数或复数的）名词所有格，形容词或副词由原级变为比较级或最高级（包括特殊变化），人称代词由主格变为宾格、物主代词或反身代词，基数词变为序数词，动词原形变为不定式、动词.ing形式、过去式或过去分词等。

另一种是根据句意，对括号内所给单词作词性转换，如: 名词变为动词、形容词，形容词变为副词、动词、名词等，把转换后的单词的正确形式填入空白处。

第三种是根据括号里给出的汉语意思，写出单词，然后再根据句子，作出对应的词性变化，这类题型难度稍大一些。

如果为了增加试题的难度，我们还可以见到将这三者结合起来的考试题型。

技巧四：形容词、副词比较级变化。

英语中大部分形容词和表方式的副词都有原级、比较级和最高级的变化。

构成比较级和最高级的方式是通过加后缀-er和-est或在词前加more/less和
most/least,且形容词的最高级还要加定冠词the。

例4： 1 am（short） than Liu Wen. He is the tallest student in my class.
此题后句交代了Liu Wen是“我”班上最高的学生，那“我”肯定比他矮，所以横线处应填shorter o

在这道题中，学生很容易判断出应用形容词，由此可知应将名词happiness变为形容词happy。

由于钱包丢了，人应该是不开心的，所以要再加个前缀un-,因此填unhappyo
