质量管理体系策划 Quality management system planning
本公司确保以下内容：The organization ensure the following contents:
a）对本公司质量管理体系运行的管理及作业过程进行策划，以满足本标准条款和公司质量目标以及顾客对生产和服务的要求；The planning of the quality management system is carried out in order to meet the requirements given in clause , as well as the quality objectives, and
b）当质量管理体系在规划和实施变更后，保持公司的质量管理体系运行的完整性。

The integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
职责、权限和沟通 Responsibility, authority and communication
职责和权限Responsibility and authority
a）运营总监确保在公司内按照ISO9001：2000标准要求，制定质量职责，明确各级人员的责任与权限，并得到沟通。

The Operation Director ensures that quality responsibility and authority of all levels is defined and communicated according to ISO9001：2000 Standard requirements.
b）管理层明确公司组织结构图，详见节。

Top management clarify the organization structure chart referred chapter.
c）各部门经理负责制定本部门人员的职责和权限，报运营总监批准，详见《岗位职责》。

The departmental manager establishes the departmental related responsibility and authority which should be approved by the Operation Director and the details
