机械伤害应急演练方案
为了保障公司平安持续开展，提高公司与一线施工现场应急处置能力和防范意识，我们制定了机械伤害应急演练方案。

下面是具体内容：
1.磨合机制：明确应急处置职责任务，强化公司及一线施
工工程应急指挥机制，加强应急联动协调，完善应急机制。

2.检验预案：查找应急处置预案中存在的问题，完善应急
预案，提高应急预案的实用性和可操作性。

3.完善准备：检查应急队伍反响能力、物资准备情况、装
备使用情况、操作技术的熟练程度等方面情况。

4.锻炼队伍：提高全体职工对应急救援工作重要性的认识，增强应急人员对预案熟悉程度，提高应急处置能力。

公路工程施工突发事件应急演练包含机械伤害事故应急处置演练和消防灭火应急处置演练两个科目，时间为20XX年4月18日上午10点至12点，地点为邳州市港上镇G310国道路面大中修工程DZX13-6标施工现场。

参演部门包括公司机关、310国道路面大中修工程
DZX13-6标工程部以及其他工程部相关人员。

参演人员为310国道路面大中修工程DZX13-6标工程部全体人员。

此外，___部门领导、___平安部门领导、市公路管理站领导，以及公司工程部、邳州市交通工程质量监视站人员、业主及监理单位人员、公司领导班子成员各科室人员以及其他司属单位工程部人员也将参加。

在应急处置完毕后，所有人都必须继续保持良好秩序，不能出现任何问题。

他们还必须认真清理演练现场，并按照演练指挥部的指令平安、有序地退出现场。

在人员和物资准备方面，应急领导小组、现场指挥部以及各应急演练工作组人员必须到位。

应急队伍必须保证应急人员不少于10人。

现场救援小组成员应该学会骨折应急处理技术。

全体参演人员必须认真研究本方案，并熟悉自己的岗位角色任务。
