塑料表面上的字加工工艺流程：
1. 制版，根据设计图稿制作字模或蚀刻模板。

2. 印刷（或蚀刻），将字模或模板放置在塑料表面上，使用印刷机或蚀刻机将字迹或图案印制或蚀刻到塑料表面。

3. 填色，在印制或蚀刻后的字迹或图案中填充颜料或油墨。

4. 固化，通过自然晾干或使用紫外线/红外线灯照射等方法将颜料或油墨固化。

5. 表面处理（可选），根据需要，对塑料表面进行打磨、抛光或涂覆保护层等表面处理。
