一、学习目标
1.继续巩固单词a cake, a pie, a hot dog, a hamburger,an egg, a sweet, an ice cream。
2.能熟练地会运用句型:Would you like…?/What about…?以及应答语Yes, please.和No , thank you.
3.能初步听懂、会读、会说、会运用句型What’s this?并能用It’s …来回答。
4.能理解what’s =what is。
5.能体会Cartoon time 的幽默。

垃圾食品(Junk Food),是指仅仅提供一些热量,别无其它的食物,或是提供超过人体需要,变成多余成分的食品。
世界卫生组织公布的十大垃圾食品包括:油炸类食品、类食品、加工类肉食品(肉干、肉松、香肠、火腿等)、饼干类食品(不包括低温烘烤和全麦饼干)、汽水可乐类饮料、方便类食品(主要指方便面和膨化食品)、罐头类食品(包括鱼肉类和水果类)、话梅蜜饯果脯类食品、冷冻甜品类食品(冰淇淋、冰棒、雪糕等)、烧烤类食品。
(一)根据制作方法不同分类:
腌制类:
代表:酸菜、咸菜、咸蛋、咸肉
主要特点:含有大量的盐,且在腌制中产生。
油炸类:
代表:油条、油饼、薯片、薯条
主要特点:高温制作,用油如反复使用易致癌。
加工肉类:
代表:熏肉、腊肉、肉干、鱼干、香肠
主要特点:含大量盐,以及防腐剂、增色剂等添加剂。
汽水、可乐类:
主要特点:由香料、色素、二氧化碳碳水合成,含大量碳酸;含糖量,超过每天每个人正常需要。
饼干、糖果类:
主要特点:食用香精和色素过多;热量过多,营养成分低方便类盐分过高、含、香精。
方便类:
代表:方便面、方便米粉
主要特点:盐分过高、含防腐剂、香精,易损伤肝脏,有热量没有营养
罐头类:
主要特点:罐头加工中维生素几乎完全破坏;含糖、盐过高,热量过多,没有。
话梅、蜜饯类:
主要特点:在加工过程中,水果中所含维生素C完全破坏;除了热量外,几乎没有其它营养;添加大量香精、防腐剂,含盐过高。
冷冻甜品类:
主要特点:有一定营养,但是含糖量和脂肪量过高,容易引起肥胖。
烧烤类:
主要特点:含有;加工条件及环境限制较大肥肉和动物内脏类含有一定量的优质蛋白、维生素和矿物质,但同样含有的大量饱和脂肪和胆固醇。
