处理思路:更换TRX。
2、7510 ABIS TESTLOOP FAILURE IN TRX。
——TRX-TRU环路测试中检测到故障。
告警说明:如果同时出现7516和7517告警,则可判断为TRX故障。
如果没有这两个告警,则可判断为TRU故障。
处理思路:检查载频是否同时发生7516和7517告警,如果有,更换TRX单元,如果没有,更换TRUA单元。
3、7514 13MHz CLOCK IS MISSING IN TRX——TRX内部13M时钟丢失。
告警说明:TRX检测到13M时钟发生故障。
该告警多出现在DE34基站重新启动过程中,多数为误告警。
处理思路:Reset出现该告警的TRX,必要时重新拔插一下,如果告警仍然出现,则更换该TRX。
4、7523 TRX TEMPERATURE DANGEROUSLY HIGH。
——TRX温度太高。
告警说明:TRX单元中的温度高于80 oC,必需关闭TX电源以防止组件损坏。
处理思路:当温度降低后,TRX能够正常运行,检查基站风扇单元和基站空调,如果TRX温度正常而告警仍然存在,则更换TRX。
5、7524 TX FREQUENCY TUNER OUT OF ORDER。
——TX频率不稳定告警说明:某个TX锁相合成器出现故障,如果不是跳频模式或者基带跳频模式,则TRX仍能工作,如果另一个合成器也未锁定,则TRX一定被闭锁。
在合成器调频模式下,基站时钟被扰乱或者TRX已坏,该告警是致命告警。
处理思路:检查相应的时钟和时钟线,如果都正常,则更换TRX。

KPI 及性能相关告警KPI的定义:KPI的counter:考虑与KPI及性能相关的告警,如果只关注平时正常运维的情况,不外乎两类:1.硬件类告警,导致基站或小区退服2.传输类告警,导致S1或X2连接中断下面讨论一些比较常见的告警类型。
1. RP3告警对于eNB 而言,只要cell不是OnAir 的状态,那么该小区均无法处理呼叫,而所有导致小区退服的告警都属于这一类,由于基站或小区退服了,所以该类告警会影响所有KPI及性能指标,区别只在市整个基站的指标还是某小区的指标。
一般而言,该类告警有两种7650 BASE STATION FAULTY和7653 CELL FAULTY这两类告警通常是硬件告警,如BBU, RRU, Antenna,以及他们之间的链路出现硬件故障,最典型的当数RP3告警,Failure in optical RP3 interface,相比较RP3告警,模块的硬件故障从比例上来说要相对少很多所谓RP3即BBU与RRU的接口。
这种告警也是最常见的告警,告警内容多为光路告警。
目前这类告警常见的fault有0010、4064和2004。
其中0010和4064严重时会导致小区退服、基站退服。
但是2004一般只是小区性能下降,不会引起小区退服。
1.1 Fault 0010:No connection to unit1.2 Fault 4064:Missing RP3-01 linkRRU可以识别到,但小区不能on air。
此告警一般为硬件告警1、Telnet到有问题的RRU。
3个RRU的地址依次为:192.168.253.196;192.168.253.212;192.168.253.220(RRU的地址可能会随着软件版本的不同而变化)。
命令为telnet 192.168.253.xxx 23232、进入RRU之后输入命令:routersh –stat查看此RRU的两条光路状态。
9代表主光路,10代表辅光路。

然后OMC侧将测量结果解析入库:测量文件上传到南向接口服务器 IOMS,解析成数据库可管理的信息后,入库。
用户采用OMC客户端的报表工具,查看数据库中的统计。
接着,NMS从OMC提取数据:通过方式一或者方式二采集OMC数据库中的数据。
二.CMCC TD-LTE KPI指标查看:通过LMT查看指标:BTS site manager里的BTS PM模块可以看到统计测量结果。
可以是表格或者line 图:可定义统计时段是15分钟,30分钟,1小时,6小时,12小时,24小时。
首先打开OMC客户端,Guis server ,然后根据以下步骤导出文件:Reporting Suite---Default Reports---RL20---System Program--WS_MRBTS---XM_RL25---export to file接着,根据需要定义提取的范围,时间,提取指标类型。
这里可定义的提取范围,可以是全网级别,站点级别和小区级别,也可以自定义一些工作组(Workingset)。
该Workingset可以包含自定义的站点,小区(如一个簇的eNB,VIP站点的小区等等)提取的指标内容如下:看,设备状态查询,并支持数字地图。
EPS网络运行管理指标体系组要由E-UTRAN部分和EPC部分组成:时间粒度、空间粒度均指基于网元统计数据需求规范的定义,可实现的指标的最小粒度。

KPI 及性能相关告警
KPI的定义:
KPI的counter:
考虑与KPI及性能相关的告警,如果只关注平时正常运维的情况,不外乎两类:
1.硬件类告警,导致基站或小区退服
2.传输类告警,导致S1或X2连接中断
10 No connection to unit
16 Unit synchronization failed
69 POST test failed
1817 Oven oscillator heating failure
5. VSWR驻波告警
Fault 1838:VSWR minor alarm
Fault 1837:VSWR major alarm
当出现本类告警是,小区有可能退服,会影响该小区的所有KPI指标
对于RL35 IR 分支,常见的fault为6259
对于RL35 main branch 分支,常见的fault为1911
Fault 6259:Antenna Carrier configuration failure
Fault 1911:RX out of order
8. 传输相关告警: S1告警,X2告警
a) Fault 6308:S1 intercafe setup failure
d) Fault 6304:X2 interface setup failure
X2告警一般来说会影响到的是HO的指标,因为在X2接口恢复前的这段时间内,从KPI上看得话就是该小区的所有切入/切出,全部是S1切换,X2切换指标为0。
X2告警分为两种:X2传输层失败和X2建立失败,都代表X2接口不可用。
