Guardian 1000 Series Hipot TestersIntroductionA complete dielectric testing solution, with three models from which to choose. The Guardian 1010 for AC Hipot testing, the Guardian 1030 for AC/DC Hipot testing and insulation resistance (IR) measurements; and the Guardian 1030S which combines both AC and DC Hipot tests and IR measurements with eight HV scan channels. All models have Open/Short Circuit detection and Load/Line regulation to ensure proper device connection and measurement integrity. The digital display and user friendly controls allow test parameters and limits to be set without the high voltage activated.DescriptionThe Guardian 1010 AC Hipot Tester performs AC dielectric withstand tests. The test voltage can be programmed in the range from 50V AC to 5kV AC with a resolution of 1V . The maximum total output current is 30mA.The Guardian 1030 AC/DC/IR Hipot Tester has all the features of the Guardian 1010 with the addition of DC hipot and IR measurement capabilities. The test voltage can be programmed in the range from 50VDC to 6kVDC with a resolution of 1V . The maximum total current is 10mA. The IR measurement range is from 0.1M Ωto 50G Ωwith test voltages from 50 to 1000VDC.The Guardian 1030S AC/DC/IR/SC Hipot Tester has all of the features of the Guardian1030 plus eight HV Scan Channels for multi-point testing.Real and Total Current Measurement:Accurately measure the leakage current of highly capacitive devices by separating the real and reactive current.Ground Fault Interrupt (GFI):Provides an extra level of safety for the operator and equipment. The instrument shuts down when the current balance exceeds 0.5mA.G1000 Series units also have an interlock for use with palm switches, light curtains,hoods and other safety switches.Quick DUT Discharge:In both the DC hipot and IR tests the device under test is dis-charged back through the HV transformef for a rapid and safe discharge.Ground Continuity Check:All of the Guardian 1000 Series units have a ground con-tinuity check feature to determine that the resistance, between the ground blade of the power cord and any exposed metal on the product, is less than 1 ohm.Open/Short Circuit Mode:All Guardian 1000 Series models have OS mode to detect connection of the device in order to prevent false readings. Open ensures the device under test is connected properly and Short ensures the device is not shorted prior to applying the high voltage. Keep a distance of at least 0.2 m between the implant and the magnet.Do not carry or pull the unit by its power cable.Route lines in such a way that they are protected from damage and do not present a tripping hazard.Never carry out technical changes to the unit.Only carry out work on the unit that is described in this manual.Only use original spare parts and accessories.Should problems occur, please contact the authorised customer service or OASE.Intended useOnly use the product described in this manual as follows:For pumping water, e.g. for water features.For use in swimming ponds if the national regulations for installers are met.Indoors and outdoors.Only operate with original transformer.While adhering to the technical specifications. Otherwise there is a risk of severe injuries or death by electrocution.Install the transformer at a distance of at least 2 m from the water to ensure that it is protected againstflooding.NOTEElectrical screw connections …must always be tightened hand-tight to ensure correct contact and so that they comply with the protection class listed in the technical data.are protected against splash water but must not be placed or submerged in water.NOTEIf the pump is used for conveying excessively soiled water, the impeller unit will be subject to increased wear and will require earlier replacement.Thoroughly clean the pond or pool before installing the pump.Install the pump at a raised level above the bottom. This reduces intake of muddy water.Avoid direct sunlight on unit components that are not submerged, as they may overheat. 在打印设定中,设置“标签设定”和“条码机设定”。
条码机设定中,把鲜绿色框内的参数设定好,应该就没有什么问题了。
1.关闭电源同时按FEED键,打开电源,等出6声后放开设置为热敏方式2.关闭电源同时按F EED键,打开电源,等出三声放开FEED键打印机自动检测3.关闭电源同时按F EED键,打开电源,当二个灯为桔红色时改成自测纸距方式4.在光盘的F:\Windows Drivers\Plus series\INSTALL_GODEX_NT目录中有打印机的驱动程序。
打印机型号选择EZ-1100+。
5.安装光盘的QLABEL-IV后可以打印条码。
在打印时选用热感式即为热敏方法打印。
6.使用该DLL调用之前必须先安装由Scientific Software Tools, Inc.所撰写的DLPortIO,档名为port95nt.exe。
若未先安装DLPortIO时,使用ez1100+.dll 则会出现”.dll not found” 的错误讯息。

U se the following instructions to operate the power supply for high voltage/low current and low voltage/high current applications using Constant Operation (below) with one voltage limit, current limit, and power limit for the entire length of the electrophoresis or Programmable Mode (reverse side) for applications that require varying limits of voltage (V), current (mA), or power (W) during specified periods of time as discrete changes (STEP) or as gradients (RAMP). For more information and detailed instructions, refer to the ZOOM ® Dual Power manual, available at /manuals .•Use the Pause key, Start/Stop key, and output jacks on the left side of the instrument for high voltage/low current applications.4.Press F1 on the Set Constant Limits Screen to advance to the Running Screen .• If you intend to run an operation with very low current (<0.01 mA), for example isoelectric focusing, press F2 to DISABLE the No Load detection alarm before starting electrophoresis. When disabled, the screen will display No Load DISABLE .key to stop electrophoresis prior to reaching its programmed end or to clear the “FINISH” display and stop the audio signal that occur upon completing an operation.6.
