【教学素材】应用文写作——感谢信

感谢信
一般包括三个部分：
1.表达感激之情。

2.说明要感谢的事由。

3.再次表示真诚的感谢, 向对方表达自己真诚的祝福, 有时可向对方发出邀请。

开头（问候+写信背景+写信目的）：
1、问候How are you doing?
2、写信背景
Knowing that...
I am extremly delighted to tell you that...
3、写信目的
Now, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you for what you have done for me.
Now, I am writing to convey my heartfelt thanks to you for your help.
中间段（主题句+感谢具体内容）：
1、主题句
I would like you to know how much you mean to me. It is really kind and generous of you to do sth.
2、感谢具体内容的句式
It was you who...
It was your professional and practical advice that enable me to do sth.
Without/ But for your help, I could not have done sth.
It was kind/nice/considerate of you to do sth.
You are so kind and selfless that you have given me a great deal of constructive and instructive assistance.
结尾段（客套话1、2、3）：
Please accept my heartfelt thanks again.
I sincerely hope that I have the chance to repay your kindness.
I do hope everything goes well on you.
