十一味参芪片在乳腺癌放疗中的辅助疗效观察

【摘要】目的：观察十一味参芪片在乳腺癌放疗中的辅助作用。

方法选择2013年10月至2014年4月四川省人民医院肿瘤科收治的乳腺癌患者42例，随机分为治疗组22例和对照组20例。

治疗组在放疗同时口服十一味参芪片，对照组行常规放疗。

观察患者疗效、体质量变化、生活质量、放射性皮肤损伤、血液学毒性反应发生情况。

结果治疗组与对照组疗效、放射性皮肤损伤比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。

治疗组患者体质量增加及稳定率[90.9%（20/22）]、生活质量提高及稳定率[90.9%（20/22）]均高于对照组[分别为65.0%（13/20）、70.0%（14/20）]，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

治疗组及对照组白细胞减少（≥Ⅱ度）发生率分别为36.4%（8/22）、70.0%（14/20），血小板减少（≥Ⅱ度）发生率分别为22.7%（5/22）、45.0%（9/20），两组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论十一味参芪片能减轻放疗血液学毒性反应，提高患者一般状况及放疗耐受性，改善其生活质量。

%Objective To observe subsidiarity effect of Eleven Shenqi tablets for breast cancer radiotherapy. Methods A total of 42 patients with breast cancer accepted radiotherapy after the operation and chemotherapy from October 2013 to April 2014 were randomly divided into the treatment group (22 cases) and the control group (20 cases). The treatment group was given orally Eleven Shenqi tablets during the radiotherapy while the control group with regular
radiotherapy. It was observed the effect , body weight change,quality of life,radiation-induced skin injury and hematologic toxicities. Results Compared with the control group,the effect and radiation-induced skin injury of the treatment group were no statistical significance in difference (P>0.05). The stability rates of body weight increase and life quality in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group
[90.9%(20/22),90.9%(20/22) vs. 65.0%(13/20),70.0%(14/20)],whose difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidences of leucopenia(≥Ⅱdegree)in the treatment group and the control group were 36.4%(8/22)and 70.0%(14/20)respectively and
thrombocytopenia(≥Ⅱdegree)in the treatment group and the control group were 22.7%(5/22)and 45.0%(9/20) respectively. There were statistical significance in difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Eleven Shenqi tablets have a good effect in decreasing the toxicities of radiotherapy and improving the general condition of the patient ,radiotherapy tolerance and quality of life.【总页数】3页(P1137-1139)
