【摘要】Parecoxib sodium is the only clinical intravenous cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitors of high selectivity.Parecoxib sodium postoperative analgesia has applications in dentistry, gynecology, orthopedics and other clinical departments, and its clinical analgesic efficacy has been
confirmed.However, a variety of researches described in the neurosurgery efficacy is still controversial.Here is to make a review on the parecoxib sodium analgesic mechanism, the safety evaluation of platelets,the gastrointestinal tract,cardiovascular system, kidney function, and the neurosurgical postoperative pain assessment as well as postoperative analgesic clinical applications of parecoxib sodium in the craniotomy and transsphenoidal approach, and reduction of post-operative complications of brain surgery.%帕瑞昔布钠是临床上唯一可静脉注射的高选择性环氧化酶2抑制剂,其术后镇痛已在口腔科、妇科、骨科等多个临床科室应用,临床镇痛疗效均已得到了证实.但在神经外科疗效方面的研究还存在争议.该文就帕瑞昔布钠镇痛机制,其对血小板、胃肠道、心血管系统、肾功能的安全性评价,神经外科术后疼痛评估以及在开颅及经蝶入路术后镇痛临床应用效果,及减少颅脑手术术后并发症进行综述.
