Thursday: Palace Fitness Kids video! I found these awesome exercise videos on YouTube made just for kids. They're only 30 minutes but you get a full workout.
Friday: At the park, I'll spend an hour going back and forth between the swings, monkey bars, and climbing stuff. Running around and playing at the park is an easy way to be active without it feeling like exercise.
Saturday: Dance party! I'll pick some fun songs and dance around my room for 45 minutes to an hour. Dancing always puts me in a great mood.
Sunday: Rest day! Even though I'll probably still run around the backyard a bit, this is the day I take a break from my scheduled activities.

一开始,妈妈建议我应该多运动,保持身体健康。
我当时可是翻了个大白眼呢!运动?你说的太好笑了吧?我可是宁愿窝在被窝里打游戏。

就这样,在妈妈的逼迫下,我被迫制定了一周的锻炼计划。

嗨,朋友们!我今天想和大家分享我最近制定的一周锻炼计划,以及我这样做的原因。
周一,我计划跑步20分钟。
跑步是一种非常好的有氧运动,它可以让我的心脏更健康,肺活量也会变大。
而且跑步还能燃烧很多卡路里,这对控制体重非常有帮助。
所以从周一开始,我就要开始慢慢适应跑步运动了。
周二,我打算做一些核心力量训练,比如仰卧起坐和平板支撑。
这些动作可以锻炼我的腹肌和背肌,让我的核心肌群变得更强壮。
有了好的核心力量,我在做其他运动时就不会那么容易受伤了。
