Applicant should submit the following documents with this application form;

□高中毕业证书 High school graduation certificate

□高中毕业成绩单 High school marks list

□最后学历证明 The highest educational level Diploma

⏹外国人体格检查记录 Physical examination record for foreigner

⏹转学证明 Approval to transfer from previous university (if transferring)
